  2. You select "Send for Signature," add the email address, message contents, and files, then click next. Once you have passed this area, you are unable to add any more files. My company is creating leases and sometimes we will miss an addendum. Imagine completing 20-50 pages of a lease only to find you must restart the whole thing because you forgot to add a pet addendum. Believe it or not, it can be soul crushing.

    The one saving grace was being able to delete these failed documents. Recently this feature has been changed to a "Hide" function. Instead of replacing…

  4. Acrobat DC form fields with calculation formulas should carry over when imported into sign - as is, it appears they are removed.

  5. I have just installed Adobe on a new PC and it no longer fills in the subject line in my EMail.

    This is most frustrating as all the previous versions of Adobe Reader that i have used have done this automatically, with the name of the File I'm sending.

    Filling in the subject line in a 100 plus Accounts Emails is a non trivial exercise, as i use the Subject line as a sorting mechanism and it needs to be entered identically every time for each client.

  6. It seems there is only one place you can add the email addresses of signers while creating the form. Once past the "add signers" field you cannot go back, say if you forgot someone. This is frustrating and time wasting as you have to start all over again if you make a mistake or miss someone.

  7. I need several people to sign a release form. I'd like to put the email addresses (there are 38 in this example) in and have Adobe Sign send a form to each recipient. THIS IS NOT MULTIPLE SIGNATURES ON ONE FORM. It is ONE signature on ONE form sent to MANY people.

  8. That frigging sign in pop up constantly appearing is a screaming pain in the butt. I open a doc and read it. I print a doc and save it. I print a doc and insert additional pages. That's all I ever do. I don't give a flying red rat's rear about the friggin' cloud. If I want to sign in I will. Make this bloody annoyance go away or I will cancel my subscription and simply use the one time purchase product.   9. Recent changes have altered the format completely. We loved the old format and now it appears "messy" and more complicated. Would like it to go back to the way it was.

  11. Using the iOS app Adobe Fill & Sign it is impossible to change the name of the file. I hate that my original is forever ruined because you don’t ask me how I want to save the newly filled out file. Please fix app to ALLOW file name change & KEEP ORIGINALS UNALTERED.

  14. This is now the worst feature b/c it does not work consistently. I have to close each time I want to sign. Now I just print and sign it's easier than using your signature non feature.

    Hello!

    I have a Mac (10.14.3) and suddenly I can't sign PDFs. When I press the "Sign' tab, the drop down options appear (see image 1)--but when I select 'Add Signature' the entire window turns dark gray (image 2) and the only way, I can get out of this mode is to press the 'Escape' key on my keyboard.

    Any advice is greatly appreciated!

  16. After adding my own signature and then selecting the option to send to others, I include email address and my message and then click to designate the signature fields. The document reaches 60% and then says there has been an error.

  17. Every single day on login to my Windows 10 laptop I get 3 - 6 "Document was E-signed" notifications.

    These notifications are not related to a new file as the document was signed over a month ago.

    I am using V 2019-010-20069 of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.

    Please let me know how to correct these persistent notifications or fix the bug that is causing.

  19. Enterprise accounts should be able to increase the "time out" time period for Shared Device Licenses from 90 minutes to 1 day or until logout/login. There should be more customizability within the Shared Device License apps so that it is not bugging you every 90 minutes to make sure you are still the same person you were 90 min ago. If it reset every time the computer was logged out, restarted, or even customized to give a specified time until it rechecks, that would make more sense and be much more user friendly.   20. In the recent update to Adobe Sign, you folks have added a "simplified version" where you click to make the field appear (where the signer would sign).

    My suggestion is to make this feature a click and drag OR a click. As it is right now, when you click, you get the same sized box every single time no matter how large the field you're placing it in is. If you were able to click and drag to place the boxes, you could custom size it to each field.
