1. Digital signatures - Alternatives to Intesi Group

   You really should offer a new "feature" - alternatives to Intesi Group. (As far as I know Intesi Group is your and our only option.)

   At first I was very happy to learn that Adobe Sign was included in my existing Adobe subscription and that I should by able to send documents for signing with digital id (BankID in my case). As far as I have manage to figure out, I need to get a subscription with Intesi Group to be able to send documents to clients for them to sign with their digitla signature/BankID.

   However, the subsciption price is € 99 a month and the tranasaction fees are almost twice as high as similar service providers. Other service providers offer ditigtal signing solutions with no subscription fees and lower transactions fees.

   Moreover, such service providers offer complete solutions for sending, archiving, etc. Intesi Group only offers the integration between Adobe og the digial signature service provider.

   I would very much like to use the features, integrations and possibilities that Adboe Sign offers, including upgrading to the standalone Adobe Sign small business subscription, but Intesi's pricing makes this a no go. Thus, Intesi's pricing leads to depreciation of Adobe Sign.

   Please offer alternatives to Intesi Group, or have them change their pricing, so that we can enjoy the full possibilities of Adobe Sign. A yearly subscription fee of € 1188 is way to high for users who will use the digital signing feature from time to time.

2. Consistency Placing Stamps and Signatures

   Hello, I've already had a conversations with one of your representatives, Tanvi Bhalla. She suggested I go this route. If at all possible we would utilize a feature that allows consistency in the placement of signatures and stamps. While the grid feature does help, it is not consistent. We use documents that require signatures and stamps in the same exact locations. It would be beneficial if this could be done electronically and documents look more professional if they are consistent. Maybe a function that allows you to snap to the exact same coordinates every time. I see that there is already a function that shows you the coordinates, but doing so automatically would save time. 3. Adobe Sign - Remove Signature After Signed

   As the person that sends a form for signature - there needs to be an option for me to "undo" someone's signature, to allow the signee to edit their document again and re-sign. This would save them from having to redo the entire document ALL over again if they made 1 error on the form that needs correcting.

4. Redesign Adobe Sign

   Adobe sign is one of the worst software experiences I've had in years.

   It's not possible for two people sitting next to each other to sign the documents on the same computer. I've got to email the document to them for Adobe Sign to execute the signature.

   After the document is signed, I get a notice. Ok, fine. However, what do I do with the document? The share button is disabled. The save button tells me that if I save the doc, then the certification will be invalid.

   It's unclear what to do.

   The team that built this experience has taken a simple process -- signing documents -- and injected complex, esoteric dependencies that have taken me many more minutes to complete a task.

   Including the time spent writing this review.

   Needs a total redesign.

5. The ability to sign your own documents and send to someone else for signature in Adobe sign

   It would be great to be able to sign a document after it has been received back from a client for signature. I am a photographer and most of my contracts are 2 way signatures. As of now I have to send it to myself to an unrelated business email in order for me to sign the document after a client to be able to provide them with a copy signed by both the client and myself. I find it to be labor intensive not be able to sign the document in Adobe Sign after they have signed it.

   I do not sign it until after they have signed it just in case there needs to me an amendment to the contract.

   I refer lots of photographers and professionals to this app but the lack of that feature alone is troubling.

   *Note I have tried the fill and sign feature in Adobe Document Cloud to try to sign it after the client and I get an error every time. Sending it to myself via another email address has been my work around but honestly doesn't really make since. It creates duplicates and such.

6. Interact with Document Cloud and Adobe Sign from within Acrobat

   It would be both intelligent and highly productive to allow Acrobat users to access their Document Cloud and Adobe Sign activity/functionality within Acrobat rather than forcing them to sign-in separately via a browser.

11. Document Cloud - Delete Button?

    It would be great if you brought back the delete button in the document cloud. Not having a delete button for the user to delete documents from the cloud isn't very secure. Even though the "hide" button acts like a delete button, it gives off the perception that the document still exists on the cloud. That isn't very secure and it should be a high priority.

    I have just had a conversation with Adobe "Support" (I use support in the loosest sense of the word) regarding emails being delivered into the junk folder rather than the inbox when sending to Hotmail, Yahoo and Outlook domains.

    Alright, please give me a moment while I got through the history of your conversation.
    Well, echosign emails will not go to Junk emails all the time. However this is not controlled by us. It depends on the receiver system policy and trusted sites they have allowed.

    All echosign emails go into junk for Hotmail, yahoo and Outlook domains
    no exception.
    The sending reputation of echosign is at fault
    it needs addressing by echosign
    At present anything sent to Outlook, Hotmail or Yahoo domains results in it going through to junk
    This is them flagging echosign as potentially junk due to echosigns sending reputation.

    Yes, that depends on the allowed trusted sites of the system who receives the email. The emails don't go as a hotmail yahoo or outlook emails, they are sent as an adobe email. If the receiver system does not trust the adobe server/site/certificates it would go into junk email of the Inbox.

    It has nothing to do with trusted sites
    it is based on sending reputation

    Echosign emails are sent to everyone from same trusted site. So if the receiver isn't verifying it it will go to junk inbox.

    The receiver performs a lookup on the sending domain or ip address...
    The lookup is based from sending reputation.
    EchoSigns reputation is currently below what Hotmail, Yahoo and Outlook find acceptable.
    This is why they flag it as potentially junk
    The reputation needs addressing.

    Alright, Let me explain it to you, Adobe Echosign supports Government bodies and it is not at the fault to reach spams. Echosign is secured and verified to be used Globally. I would request you to check with the email settings of outlook, hotmail or yahoo emails. However not every customer who receives echosign mails to outlook or other domains have reported about mails reaching Junk inbox.

    Echosign emails are not sent manually, once you use the Adobe Sign it reaches our Adobe servers and the emails are sent from Adobe servers and not from an individual email ID/domain.

    So how do we send via Adobe Sign, via EchoSign to Outlook, Hotmail and Yahoo domains without the email being delivered to the recipient junk folder?

    Well, we do not direct the emails to junk folder. It is a verified email/trusted site from where the email will be triggered. However the the email reaching junk folder is depending on the receiver system and their verified sites. As the echo sign emails are triggered from same server their is no specific direction/rule to hit junk folder or any other folder.

    I know there is no rule.. And I know you do not direct to junk. As I said prior it is based on sending reputation... ie DMARK, DKIM, spf, blacklists, reported bulk senders, ect
    So how do we address this?
    Or what would you like me to do to ensure it gets delivered to my inbox rather than junk?

    Well as said earlier you will have to address this issue through our global request form so that our engineer will look into it an reply. As a workaround you can create a rule in your mail box to have echosign emails hit your Inbox directly.

    You can not create mail rules for Yahoo, Hotmail or Outlook domains.

    Ok, you can try to contact the email client of yahoo, hotmail or microsoft for Outlook to have them check the sites verified by their servers.

    Well they would explain you better as in why the trusted site email is reaching the junk folder. An email which has been verified and been used by the US government is reaching junk folder of these specific email domains. So they would be the right people to check as to why these emails are reaching the junck folder.

    SharePoint - Checking in Signed Documents
    Acrobat Pro DC allows the user to link to their SharePoint account and check in/out documents. There is a disconnect when the document becomes "secure" after receiving signatures and the document is unable to be checked in once it's been signed. Please allow the functionality to check in the secured signed version of the document as a new version (still unable to edit).

18. Website not responding daily

    I do not have an idea, I have a complaint. We pay for adobe and we use the adobe sign on a daily basis and on a daily basis I have issues with the website not responding and I have to try multiple times to get it to work. Today I have tried multiple times to send my documents to be signed and all I see is thumbnail not yet available and it is not displaying my docs. Super frustrating when there are deadlines to meet. My idea would be to have a working program.

    Dear Adobe Team,

    it would be a great feature if a sender is receiving Out of Office messages if he has send out an aggrement via Adobe Sign. If the user replys to a Adobe Sign mail this is being send to the sender. But Out of Office messages are not being forwared. This would be a highly needed feature. 20. Hire better programmers. Adobe Sign hangs on upload and then crashes constantly.

    Hire programmers that have more than 6 weeks of online training. This program is an embarrassment to a company well-known for weak programming. It is ridiculous that it hangs again and again and says there is no internet connection WHILE I'm connected to this and other sites.
