3. indesign moving fails

   All of a sudden, i cannot use the mouse to move books of text and images in Indesign
   only the arrows for, but that it slow and does not always do the job

4. Don't resize/move tabs while closing them

   Please hold on resizing/respacing tabs until a user is done closing them.

   Users of Acrobat or Reader often end up with a lot of tabs open temporarily, either for printing or to just quickly check the document.

   Closing all of these tabs however is a pain. I keep two PDF's open constantly for referencing information, but a lot of others come and go. If I need to CLOSE all of those extra tabs I click the "X" on the tab... and then all of the tabs move! This makes it very difficult to close multiple tabs because the tabs are both moving AND re-sizing. There is no consistent target for me to aim for, thus the user is left waiting for the program to finish it's animation before being able to continue on his or her task (closing tabs). :(

   Please take a look at how Google Chrome handles tab closing. There is a delay in applying any resizing logic until a certain number of seconds have gone by, giving the user an opportunity to close as many tabs as needed without moving the "X" targets.

   Thanks for bringing this issue to our notice. Your valuable feedback helps us improving our product. We discussed about this particular issue and we do not have any plans to work on it in immediate future. However, we’ll have it in our radar and might revisit at an appropriate time in future.

6. Fix bug in Comments Summary that randomly does not print comments at bottom of pages.

   Summary of Comments - numbered
   If a page has many comments the page may generate more then 1 comments page. Sometimes a comment is split over 2 pages (fine) and randomly the spillover is not on the next page (not fine).
   Is Adobe going to fix this issue?

   I installed a plug-in called Debenu pdf Aerialist, but there is no where to open it in Acrobat.

8. PDF doesn't open on first start (double click)

   I've found out a problem with Acrobat XI Pro. When you create a new user account where Acrobat never has been started and you try to double click a PDF file it only starts Acrobat and doesn't open the PDF directly. You have to double click the PDF a second time to get it opened.

   OS Version: Windows 10 1703, Acrobat Version: 11.0.20

   Is there a possibility to fix this problem?

9. Adobe dynami link problem

   THE CONTEXT:
   While working on After effects, I'd import another premiere project with just audio and I was using it while doing an animation on Ae, everytime I had to change something on the audio file I go through Pr and changed it.

   THE PROBLEM:
   When it was a small change I never saw changes on AE, then I found a way, every time I need to do a small change, I changed something big just to make sure every of all my changes appears as it should be on my AE project, the thing here is, It's not supposed to show every change on my AE project even if it's a small one?

11. Document Properties - Fonts (Sizes)

    Under the File Menu: Properties (Document Properties), Fonts tab, all of the current document fonts are listed. Can you add the range of font sizes within each of Fonts?

    For example:

    Ariel (Embedded Subset)
    Type: TrueType
    Encoding: Ansi
    Sizes: 10-14.

    When reviewing PDF document for FDA Regulatory compliance, this feature can greatly reduce the time to audit a .pdf file, rather than a visual/manual inspection of the font sizes within the document. Using the font selection tool is outdated. Thanks!

13. Opening a second document.

    When you have 2 screens up, and you have one pdf already open, and you want to open another pdf, which you do, and it opens up on the same screen, and then you drag it over to the 2nd screen, and when you're done with that, you close it, and then open a 3rd 4th 5th pdf, it'll keep opening on screen 1. Can you teach the software to learn that any 2nd 3rd 4th pdfs are being dragged over to the 2nd screen and therefore, they should automatically open up on the 2nd screen, as opposed to having to drag each new one you open onto the second screen? I know, not a big deal, but if you're opening and looking thru hundreds of pdfs and comparing the one you open with the last one already open, it gets annoying when you have to keep dragging each new file onto the 2nd screen when it should intuitively just open on the 2nd screen. Right?

    Hi Jay,

    New document will open in the active instance of Acrobat. So if the instance on screen 2 is active the new pdf will simply open there. But, we are taking a note of your concern and might pick it up in future.

14. update problem

    Latest update fokr Aobe Acrobat DC caused internal error when trying to print or save a pdf file from the internet. Re installing without the update solved the problem.

    one 'fit page' (full page view) - there is no gap above/below the document - this is visually poor as from a cursory view, you cant be sure the page actually fits on screen - or maybe a very tall document. When combined with the poor icon/button design in Acrobat DC (several buttons are the same - single page view & zoom to page level)
    The lack of customisation possible in the tools makes this harder.
    Yes you can zoom to a level that will display a grey background around the document - but this then isn't suitable where pages change size/orientation & has to be reselected on each document opened.

16. UI is overlapping in Acrobat XI in surface

    Plug-in UI is overlapping in Acrobat XI in surface. What could be the problem. The same UI works fine in Windows 10 and Acrobat XI. I have changed the settings and tried. But it didn't work.

17. Open captions bug

    When exporting a movie to Encode with Open Captions the captions disappear. I am following the correct export procedure and my OS is up to date along with the latest version of CC. This is a long standing bug. Can you please fix it?

19. combining .docx or .xlsx files

    The first problem is when combining Word or Excel files into a pdf For instance, when the file is converted from Word, using Adobe, if the Word document has unprotected fields filled in, the information will not be converted into the pdf file, it is left blank in the pdf file. The file will be converted but not all filled in fields in the docx file will show in the converted document

20. Your admin website chanegs the language

    When I want to edit my credit card details I get transferred to another website with the details. But the site is in Chinese. Even my language preference is clearly set to English. I cannot understand Chinese - why are you doing this? Do not want my money anymore?

    I live in Hong Kong. But not everybody living in Hong Kong speaks Chinese! That is why intelligent providers have LANGUAGE PREFERENCE in the account settings and INTELLIGENT providers USE those preferences actually!
