2. Acrobat Pro Not Releasing Documents

   1. You close a PDF.
   2. You try to rename or move the PDF.
   3. Acrobat Pro is not releasing the document when it's closed.
   4. "Clear Recent" does not release the document either.
   5. To rename or move the PDF, you have to close Acrobat completely.

3. New Versions is Horrible

   The new version is horrible. I spend more time looking for where you hid basic menu items than I spend viewing files. Return to the old interface. It was kind of kludgy but no where as bad as this new one.

4. Feature Request: webform without signature

   I would like to be able to create a webform that does not require a signature. This feature would be very valuable for non contractual documents such as intake forms and surveys. Currently even if I do not include a signature field Adobe webform adds one automatically.

For instance, if you are trying to connect ProtonMail Bridge to Thunderbird or vice versa and it is not working, try checking if there are any updates to either of the clients since it is possible that any of them is outdated which can lead to compatibility issues.
    Proceed to the ProtonMail Bridge and look at the connection settings. Make sure that any IMAP and SMTP provided in Thunderbird is correctly input. The correct ports usually are localhost 127.0.0.1 for the IMAP incoming and SMTP outgoing server. Further, check whether the password saved in Thunderbird corresponds to that provided in ProtonMail Bridge’s custom app password.
    If the connection issues persist, both ProtonMail Bridge and the Thunderbird email client should be restarted in order to reconnect them to each other. For more consistent types of these measures, you can simply wait until they have delivered such a mailer and eliminate any firewall or VPN if possible which may inhibit the connection. 13. Adobe Pop Ups

    Stop popups advertising existing features on a paid subscription. Unchecking the box in preferences does not work, but I expect you know that. Users know that these features exist, so these popups are both annoying and disruptive to work flow. One of your techs couldn't fix the problem, so what is the liklihood most users can? This is a wholesale abuse of the licensing agreement. Lose this functionality.

16. Wrong Fonts since update to Version 2024.002.21005

    Since the last update to the mentioned Version, many of our pdfs are displayed with strange font settings.

    See the attached file. (I had to black out the document.)

    Around 160 PCs do have these problems in our Company.
    Other PDF Viewers are working like expected. The Problem only occours in adobe acrobat reader.

    So, i dont find any possiblilty in adobe acrobat reader to change the default font.
    So how can we fix this problem?

    I hope you're all doing well! I wanted to bring up a feature that I believe would enhance user experience significantly. Currently, notifications can be overwhelming, especially with multiple threads and updates happening simultaneously.

    Would it be possible to implement an option for users to customize their notification preferences? For example, allowing us to choose between receiving notifications for every update, only for mentions, or opting out of certain threads entirely would be incredibly helpful.

19. Acrobat AI Assistant User Guidelines are Inappropriately Restrictive

    I am an epidemiologist that researches suicide. I am unable to use the AI Assistant in Acrobat for ANY purpose. It will scan the document I'm asking it to summarize and IMMEDIATELY return a "Some content in the document, question, and/or answer violates the User Guidelines". I have tried this with multiple journal articles and self-produced work. This needs to be addressed with regard to those of us who work in the public health sphere, otherwise it is absolutely useless functionality for us.

20. Adobe Acrobat Pro is using a lot of memory without even opening it.

    I turned on my computer and opened Chrome and visited YouTube. And my computer felt super sluggish. Even my cursor started lagging. I checked the task manager and found that Adobe Acrobat is using a huge amount of memory in the background. I wasn't even using any of the Adobe apps. I never had this kind of issue before.
