For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. I was hopeful that the password function for "Request e-signatures" would actually work this year. The password option is front and center so I thought Adobe finally got the security message. It didn't.
    Here's what I am looking for: I want my customers to be required to enter a password before they can access and sign the document.
    Requiring a password to see the finished, signed form is too little security, too late.

  3. In den Webformularen wäre es sehr hilfreich, wenn die Währung Euro in Feldern unterstützt würde und mit diesen validierten Werten mit dem korrekten "," als Trennzeichen gerechnet werden könnte.

    That would maintain the topical assignment and pre-filter associated documents.

  5. Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
    ich habe ein Abo für Adobe Acrobar Pro. Dennoch ist es nicht möglich, E-Signaturen einzuholen. Ich bekomme die Fehlermeldung "You arenot authorized to send documents for signature". Unser Admin sagt, er kann für unsere Accounts keine dedizierte Einstellung dafür machen. Unsere Accounts sind aktiviert oder deaktiviert. Meiner ist aktiviert. Dennoch funktioniert das Einholen von E-Signaturen nicht. Bitte helfen Sie mir, dieses Problem zu lösen.

  8. Un pdf che ho inviato per una firma, è ritornato bloccato. Mi chiede una password che nè io nè il mio cliente abbiamo messo. Posso ricevere una password temporanea per sbloccarlo?

  11. You really should be able to give more information when viewing the columns of "recent" and such documents you sent for signature. For instance a column showing WHO you sent it to for signature is helpful because then I don't have to click on 7 files to find the right one since they are the same file sent to different people.

  12. When viewing an Activity for a document that is Out for Signature, the activity list does not show the Reminders that have also been sent. The activity list is misleading and incomplete.

  13. Acrobat Pro(デスクトップ アプリ)で、「電子サインを依頼」機能を利用する際に、不具合が生じています。

    具体的には、以下の操作の際に、高い確率でエラーが生じ、操作を受け付けなくなる、というものです。

    ・「この文書に電子サインする受信者を追加」のコメント欄や件名に、日本語で入力
    ・契約書のテキストフィールドに、日本語で入力

    一度操作を受け付けなくなると、デスクトップ アプリを再起動するまで、不具合が続きます。

    英語での入力や、テキストエディタからのコピー&ペーストでは、このエラーは生じません。また、ブラウザ上での電子サイン操作であれば、日本語入力も問題なく行えます。

    契約書の送信時に、非常に大きな問題となっており、早急の解決を望んでおります。

  14. When I attempt to complete an e-signature on the desktop app or through my documents on my hard drive, it freezes and I am unable to complete. Is there a fix for this?

    Are you trying to complete e-signature on Acrobat desktop app? Are you trying to sign your own documents or documents sent by someone else? Does it happen to all documents or just some particular ones? 

    Could you please share more details (and test documents if possible) so we can investigate?

  16. Hi, I noticed that when a customer chooses to sign his name in Hebrew- the signature showen the opposite way- from left to right instead of right to left like it should be in Hebrew

  18. How do I remove Lee & Associates from my account? Your emails to clients state "Certificate of Completion between Lee & Associates NCSD and Lynn Otto is Signed and Filed!". I haven't been with Lee & Associates since 2012.

  19. Because Adobe sends so many spam emails (including to your customers), most spam filters and firewalls block your emails. We use this software to send agreements to customers to get e-signed. If you can't fix your problem of not spamming people, we'll have to go back to docusign or find another service.

  20. Discovered on the acrobat.adobe.com/link/home page I can drag and drop files onto the desired tool to begin the process (Request e-signature.)
    After the request is completed though, it seems like a missed opportunity that the similar frame on the confirmation page does not have that functionality.
