For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. This new interface is AWFUL. Here are a few things that are missing:
    - easy access to my templates
    - easy access to my unsigned agreements
    - no dashboard view/information of the signer (if all my agreements have similar names - I don't know which any of them belong to)
    - easy view of all signed agreements

    You've designed this to look like dropbox... which makes no sense. We need to be able to access legal information on here. SORTING everything by date makes no sense at all.

  2. WORST ... UPDATE ... EVER. I'm absolutely shocked at how badly the send & track feature has been ruined. Clearly this has been done by someone who has never used the program. I'm really disappointed in Adobe and this is so bad that someone should go to jail for presenting this and then implementing it.
    Not sure where to start - trying to work with this has rendered me as incoherent as this "update". So I'll bullet point - and yes, I know that no one reads this feedback, so this experience is self-therapy:

  4. what a bad and awful UI. the way to make recal on signature is a real mess. i had to make as 7 clic to send a recal for signutre rather 2 on last UI

  6. My document is not loading in the new look and feel format which means I can't progress it any further. I can't work out how to cancel it or pre-fill it. So it's just sitting here.

  8. The reminder button/function seems to be missing from my new interface. I reviewed the user guide on Adobe's site and saw where it should be, I just don't see it among my options. Can you help? I use it often.

  9. How can you remind someone for signature in this new version of Adobe Sign?

    I do not like this new platform at all. So much functionality was lost... there is no manage page, no ability to remind either. Please bring back old features.

  10. The option to re-send a file is no longer available. Please re-instate this vital feature.
    Also, when viewing files, it was handy to have them sort into categories - waiting for signature, signed etc. this is no longer available either.

  11. I can no longer delete a document that was meant to be sent for signature but is still in draft mode that I now need to cancel. The only options in the side panel are "Notes" and "Download Audit Report". There is no "Cancel" option.

    I have also lost the ability to edit my document templates that are older than 30 days. They just don't appear when I go to the "Sign Templates" page. Where are they? How can I get them back?

  16. How can you improve the experience? Maybe stop breaking things and give some, or may be any warning whatsoever that you're going to completely drop applications from your service.

    Yesterday I login to Adobe sign and it was the classic environment that was GASP useful and GASP had information relative to the task at hand... today I login to adobe sign and it' barely a glorified jump drive.

    Where was the warning? Where's my documents older than 30 days? Where's any semblance that you people care one iota about your customers?

  17. This new version is very difficult to navigate. You have to click for signature, and then filter by status just to see the documents you are awaiting signature from. Very poor design. Also, how do you remind people that they need to sign something, use to be so easy. Not happy with this new version at all.

  19. When signed, documents are missing ticked boxed and some text runs off the page. It was fine when I sent it for signature. I've just asked and the recipients don't see the ticked boxes either

  20. With the update to the e-sign functionality, it seems like you removed the "sign then send" function, where the initiator can immediately e-sign the document before it emails out to the next recipient. This was a nice option, and would be great if it could be added back. thanks.

    We are sorry you are experiencing trouble with the new feature .

    Regarding the Sign then send feature, despite it is indeed not explicitly present in current version of Acrobat Web, it is possible to sign the document before send it for signing to desired recipients by following this steps:

    1. Start Fill & Sign with desired document 
    2. On entering Fill & Sign you can add a sign from the left hand panel
    3. After doing this, you can click on the "Request E-Signatures" button to send this document for signing.

    We are triaging your issue and are gathering more information to understand the problem better. Meanwhile, you can switch to earlier version by following the steps below,

    Open the agreement draft experiencing the issue.

    On the left panel, scroll down and click "View more".

    Click the "Switch to legacy version" link.
