For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. When sending a document for signature to a .mil email address, the reciever is able to open the E-mail but unable to access the link. Is there a more military friendly way to ask for signatures?

  3. Megasign is not working. I want a refund on everything since that was the reason I even paid for adobe sign and adobe acrobat reader

  4. New adobe sign interface is awful!!!!! How do I know create a web form? Was so easy on the old sign. Even the tutorial on your own website for this shows the old interface. Its very very frustrating!!!!

  5. Let me first say that I LOVE Adobe products. I have used Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and even Flash back in the day.

    My experience with something as seemingly simple as Adobe Sign... has been horrific so far. I'm an entrepreneur, and all I wanted to do yesterday was send a test document to sign so I could see how it worked, and then send a contract to one of my first clients.

  6. A 're-send' function would be fantastic. We get a lot of requests to re-send documents, having to go through the whole process again for the same documents/recipients can begin to take up a lot of time.

  9. I am getting very poor results from signing contracts and am preparing to abandon adobe pro dc altogether to find a program that allows me to send more than a 10 mb document. Please advise if you can fix this.

  10. The Acrobat DC app is missing a few key elements that the web version has. The ability to remind customers at specific times and the option to hide agreements.

    It would also be nice if we have an option for both web and app to organize agreements by folders you created. I use this app to have my clients sign tickets that I do and if I could sort out by folders it would make it a lot more easier to navigate.

    Also, reminders do not show up in activity and I think that needs to be added as well.…

  11. Within our team we have several licences and staff send adobe sign under their log in.
    The sent for signature should be available for any of the team to chase an outstanding signature and see what is outstanding.

When using AdobeSign it is really frustrating when you get to the stage of adding the signature fields and you realise a page or document is missing or you have compiled in the incorrect order that you cannot go back and make changes. You have to start from the very beginning again! We would love to see this changed!

  13. Whenever I realize that I made mistake in the original setup - like forgetting a signer, or wanting to change the message - I have to start the whole process over from the beginning. If there's a way to get back to the first step, I have not found it. I also find that I cannot figure out how to delete the drafts with the mistake afterward.

  16. The new UI is not good. I cannot see who the signing parties are without opening a file. It only shows the file name, which for us is often the same. This was a major fail and big disappointment.

  17. My vendors do not allow for a typed signature. I want to utilize the software but suppress the typed signature option.
    Can an option be added to allow specific signature types in the signature field.

  18. Would just like to reiterate how frustrating this update is. I am looking into other options for document signing. I cannot easily see who the agreements were sent to or the status of them without opening every single one. It's an incredible waste of time. Who thought this was a good idea?

  19. This new update is confusing and inconvenient. I cannot quickly see who the agreements are sent to under recent. The name/email is not shown unless I open it.
    When I send a template, I still have to review it to add fields, etc. which defeats the purpose of using a template. Why add this extra step?
    The old Adobe sign platform worked well and I'm disappointed in the changes made

  20. The changes you have made to the Adobe sign are absolutely horrible! It is difficult for customers to figure out how to sign. It is extremely stressful to send and organize it!
    I have used it for a few years and now have to consider using a different system. Please tell me you will go back to how it was
