I hate this update also
This new update is confusing and inconvenient. I cannot quickly see who the agreements are sent to under recent. The name/email is not shown unless I open it.
When I send a template, I still have to review it to add fields, etc. which defeats the purpose of using a template. Why add this extra step?
The old Adobe sign platform worked well and I'm disappointed in the changes made1 vote -
Horrible changes to adobe sign
The changes you have made to the Adobe sign are absolutely horrible! It is difficult for customers to figure out how to sign. It is extremely stressful to send and organize it!
I have used it for a few years and now have to consider using a different system. Please tell me you will go back to how it was1 vote -
Send for Signature unavailable
The send for signature option in my Document Cloud continues to simply not work (the screen is brief, but it appears to say that "it is not available at this time") I send out several contracts a week, and I have had this problem at all hours of the day. It has been a drain on my productivity and is costing me clients. I love this product, but I need it to work properly.

Issues with Adobe Sign
Online Document cloud is ridiculously slow loading.
- Way too many loading errors. it makes using the platform Extremely FRUSTRATING!
-Adobe Sign doesn't even load sometimes which ******* me off because I can't get the work done that I need to do.
Please for the love of God fix this ****!

inconsistent loading/working
In the past 30 days or so, the "send a document to be signed" function of Document Cloud has become completely unreliable. When I click to open that program (approximately 60% of the time) it simply comes up as a blank screen (with the document cloud logo in the upper left). I have clients who are relying on getting contracts out on a speedy basis, I cannot keep "checking back" every 10 minutes to see if a program is working again.

Send For Signatuee
The platform is nearly unusable. The desktop application and the online user experience has absolutely gone down the toilet. Everything use to be so simple and easy with Adobe Echo Sign. I am contemplating switching to docusign because the online version won't load properly.

Your "improvements" aren't improvements. Leave well enough alone!
You have turned "Sign" into a completely FUBAR product. In order to add a signer before sending, I have to cancel the entire project and start over? Who the **** designed this? A learning disabled chimpanzee? This SUCKS

Poor UI change
This new interface is pretty terrible. Not happy with our purchase at all so far.
The Adobe Sign experience is now so much more difficult. I want to just delete a draft document and am unable to do so and it is really difficult to manage and access the signing experience.

Mehrfache Passwort-Abfrage bei Anmeldung
Wieso werde ich bei Anmeldung zu AdobeSign 3x(!) nach meinem Passwort gefragt? Das geschieht nicht nur hier, sondern auf verschiedenen Adobe-Anwendungen, die über die Creatice Cloud verknüpft sind. Nach dem ersten Anmeldebildschirm erfolgt eine Weiterleitung auf eine weitere URL (hier Echosign) mit erneuter Passwort-Abfrage, von da geht es zu documentcloud.adobe.com mit der dritten Eingabe. Das ist nicht vertrauenerweckend für ein Portal zum digitalen Vertragsmanagement! Bitte dringend ändern.

Dashboard is not showing in esign
I'm looking for the dashboard to create the widget but all links available from adobe online do not work.

can't view important doc that I thought were saved on adobe.
I need to review documents from Sept 2018 that are no longer available. Why aren't they available. Do you have a time frame for saving docs? I was unaware of a a time limit. You should email a warning before doc become unavailable and tell me that I need to save the document somewhere else. I need the information to dispute some charges. I want a refund for items that were charged to my accounts.

I do not find your latest UX/UI update to be an improvement. What is better about it? I am lost by things being moved.
I am constantly lost with this re-design. I can't figure out how to send the most basic things. I have saved templates with custom text. Where did that go?

Widgets?
Is it no longer possible to create widgets?
I haven't been able to find out how to do that on the new interface.

Terrible UPDATE
When looking what still pending signature, I can only do this for about 10 minute before it times out then have to log out and back in again. This is ridiculous, why can this not just be refreshed??? I have tried different browsers and incognito mode in case it was the extensions and this still is not working as it should be!!
