For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Not working

    Cannot combine files always crashes after a few pages, doesn't matter the type of file, name, location etc - googled the issue seems this dates back a few years - pretty dissappointing have to pay for another software to work with PDF's

    Hi Celine,

    Thanks for reaching out to us. We do allow conversion of PPT to PDF with file size upto 100 MB. Acrobat Web dont allow to convert for more than 100 MB file.
    In future, if we will increase this limit, we will let you know.

  4. WORK

    This whole thing about not being able to use DESKTOP TOTALLY SUCKS.... I DON'T HAVE A GOOD INTERNET CONNECTION AND JUST SPENDT HOURS ON A PROJECT ONLY TO HAVE IT LOST!!!!! MAYBE AUTOMATICALLY SAVE THE FILE WHILE YOU WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  8. Acrobat does not want to install. I have deleted he old version

    I have trouble installing Adobe Acrobat Pro. What can I do?
    It keeps on referring me to check my firewall settings (Error code P206)

  10. Copy and Paste into Filemaker

    I used to be able to (quickly) COPY from Photoshop and PASTE into Filemaker. I have been doing this for years, through the CS5 releases. But since Creative Cloud I CANNOT DO THIS ANYMORE. HELP ME!!!!!!

    I subscribed to Adobe 3 years ago so that I can edit documents that were in pdf. I hardly every used it In fact when I was billed I wondered where the charge came from yesterday.     You have multiple profiles linked to your ID; however you can only send documents with Adobe Sign when you logged in with one of the profiles.
