I am very unsatisfied with this product. Took me over an hour and the use of a YouTube tutorial to figure out how to use the esign feature. If I am paying for a product, I expect it to be user-friendly.

Bug - text box cuts off last letter
Bug = when I add a text box > insert some text > export PDF > the text box cuts off part of the last letter. Workaround I always have to do is add a few spaces at end of text box.

100 page limit
Why is the product limited to a maximum of 100 pages when inviting someone to e-sign a document?

Can't Edit Adobe Web Forms Pages
Hi, we have been using adobe Web Forms for over a year now and can't complain except we hope there is a way to edit its pages. We hope you can go in to an existing web form and add, remove pages of it.
Currently, yes you can edit a web form but only the text, signature fields etc. and not the pages.
We have application forms (onboarding forms) that have 30 to 40 + pages that are constantly changing due to policy changes etc. What's happening is that once they are created and need changes, I cannot add, remove…

FIX YOUR APPS
Your software is *. When I open Adobe Sign the app goes to some stupid web based acrobat that can’t open any files and is useless. For the amount of money I spend on your service it should not be this idiotic or frustrating. FIX YOUR * SOFTWARE!!!!!

Thank you for making it easy to edit pdf forms. I was able to quickly submit paperwork to begin mental health treatment. Without this, I would have need to own a printer.

Garbage
THIS NEW ESIGNATURE is total over engineered trash. What are you thinking? Every "new" item you introduce is some engineer billable justification garbage. I want and only need a simple way for people to input and sign items. You have made this now garbage and I will be googling "simple pdf signature tool" and subscribing to them.

With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.
If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:
1. Click on your profile icon.
2. Select "Settings".
3. In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".
This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Select all that apply function
I wish there was an option for checkboxes to apply to multiple fields. For example, my e-sign template has a portion that requires investors to check all that apply. This prevents me from using radio buttons because they only allow one selected answer, but when I use check boxes and the investor checks the box, all 20 check boxes check. Very upsetting and I'll probably have to use Docusign instead.

Issue with Prefill Recipient disappearing
In E-sign, when I add myself as a recipient, the "Prefill" recipient (which is also me) goes away and there doesn't seem to be an option to add it back. I have to leave the agreement I'm trying to send via e-sign and open it again to get the "Prefill" recipient back. But it disappears again if I add myself as a separate recipient.

Acrobat's Fill & Sign won't upload my document
Adobe acrobat is not able to open any documents for me to sign, in both the desktop and browser version. It uploads half way and then gets stuck and never moves. Very frustrating.

Save filled in pdf "bug"
So I filled in a PDF but got something wrong, and now I have to pay to fix what i filled in or do it all again? Nice way of convincing people to join another subscription.

Address and Phone Number Signature Fields
I would love to have phone number and all address fields to be able to have it populated that same way it does for signature or name where it tells you what it is but also allow for checking stadarization ex: zip code is 5 numbers..

Get a complete UX overhaul. implement useful online help. AI maybe?
I need to cancel this signature request. I don't see how to do so. It's extremely difficult to to use the Adobe sign product. I'm very frustrated. This is impacting my business. I am actively researching alternatives to Adobe.

You can cancel any requested agreement by following the next steps:
- On Home page click "Documents" tab in the upper left corner
- Then on the Left Hand Panel, under Agreements click "In Progress"
- Find the Agreement that needs to be canceled and click on it
- On the Right Hand Panel click "Cancel"

The areas I underlined in the texts I opened via Adobe Acrobat disappear. I tried every way to do this. I did ctrl + s and saved the underlined areas. The underlined areas in the text disappeared again. I uploaded the text to my account and opened it. It disappeared again.

Signature Missing pop up should be overrideable
The "Signature Field Missing" pop up doesn't allow me to override and move forward. There is a bug there. I have a signature field just not where the Adobe AI feels like I should have one and I need to override it - I do not want a random signature placed on the last page

Since the update the E-Signature administration is sluggish and often crashes. Will these bugs be fixed.
