For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Merhaba;
    Adobe Acrobat Pro kullanıyorum. Mac bilgisayarımda, Pro yazılımında, nitelikli elektronik imzamı adapte edip kullanamıyorum. Bu işlem için, Adobe Reader'ın eski bir sürümünü yüklemem gerekiyor, sürüm güncellemesi yapıldığı anda da imzalama işlemi yapılamıyor.

  3. Hello! I am unable to add signature box when using the "request e-signatures" feature. I am a deadline to submit a contract and now will be delayed getting it to a client. I have had this repeated issue with your software. Please, please invest in getting this fixed.

  4. Not working.... there's a document "Waiting for me" and it just won't show anything... tried FF and chrome and nothing, its just a blank screen.

  8. Our end users are encountering a serious issues with the "Cookie Warning" box because it covers the final "Click to Sign" request and prevents them from finishing the electronic signing process. This has resulted in missed deadlines and huge frustration.

  10. When I tried to request signature from the web, I want to add only Signature but there is no such component in web version. There is only Signature, date, etc. combine into one even if I select type as Signature.

  13. The new Adobe Sign "request for signatures" is not a good fit for me.

    I like to add "cc" field that doesn't require another signature - that way our admin can track our sales/leads/proposals we send out.

    Is there a way to revert to the previous verion? I've been trying for an hour to get out a proposal and can't make it work. This is very important to resolve ASAP.

  14. Extremely disappointed in this software!!! I recently switched from DocuSign and I tried to utilize the e-sign feature for 2 separate clients and the severs is unavailable. This is unacceptable for a company of this magnitude. If your going to get in the game of e-signatures, then live up to it. I cannot afford to not be able to get my documents out for signatures and can't be delivered. This situation has caused me to consider cancellation.

  15. I’m using the mobile version of acrobat sign. However it doesn’t work- and hasn’t been an app tye actually functions in 3 years. Is seriously no one product testing your apps? This is at least the 3rd feedback note I have left about this not working. Why do I pay so much money each year to not be able to access what is advertised?

    Within the app- when I try to send a document out for signature- I get the attached head screen- trying to take me to the app. But the buttons do not function.

For example if in acrobat the agreements shows in In progress section, if you as sender are receiving a confirmation email that the agreement was send, also if there is any error that appears after you send for signature will be really helpful if you can share it with us.

  19. When a document is sent to an invalid email there is no indication on the In Progress screen that the email bounced, or failed. There needs to be either an email sent to advise that the event failed, or there needs to be an on-screen indication that an event failed, or preferably both.

  20. Een handtekening aanvragen op een document (in mijn geval Technisch prototype...GG-2023-51 duurt als sinds vrijdag langer dan 15min. (langer heb ik niet gewacht).
    Ik ben zwaar ontevreden op dit moment en denk na over andere tooling.
