Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. I’m logged in, hit “get app”, under “sign” for the ability to share a doc. For a Clint to sign... nothing happens. This is after already having a version of that app on my phone, installed and having to sign in twice.

  5. the update to the document cloud is really bad and takes the product back 10 years. Please reinstate the old format and stop messing around with the product so many people rely on

  9. Is there a way to prevent library templates from automatically disappearing after 30 days? Would be nice if frequently used templates would remain visible in the document manager until the user chooses to delete/hide them. Otherwise I have to go digging for them in the search section each time I need to send a template. Hopefully an easy fix for such a brilliant company. thanks.

    Hi Heather,

    Sorry you’re having trouble using the product. You do have entitlements for Request Signatures but there was an issue with processing your recent entitlement changes. It’s fixed now and you should be able to request signatures. Please let us know if you still encounter issues.

  11. I've tried to send a contract 3 times, its failed and I got an error message.

    I'm now trying to figure out if any of them actually got sent to the client. How do I find that out?

    The contract is still showing as draft - does that mean it hasn't been sent out?

  16. Adobe can improve my experience by training your staff better. I was transferred to 6 different people and my issue still wasn't resolved. Agents 1-3 offered no help. The 4th person told me that he found my school's subscripton and would transfer me to someone to help me. The 5th person joined the chat just to say he was transferring me to someone else. The 6th person said my account and my school's account was free and there was nothing he could do. I know this is not the case because our technology coordinator wouldn't be able to assign us…

  17. Adobe Sign sender email address is not my current address and it's a total pain in the asss trying to change it, wtf, i've searched help and tutorials and chatted and scheduled a call and now I'vbe been on hold with account management for a half hour

    hellosign is so much better, this is obv totally frustrating

    apparently it's an enterprise entitlement issue, when I started using Adobe Sign with my Acrobat Pro DC, Adobe Sign pulled some ancient email of mine and set it in stone as the sender of every doc I send out to get signed. Who…

  19. It would really save me a lot of time to be able to add/remove signers while editing the signable document. Some documents have a thousand fields you have to add, and when you learn you've missed a signer, or added the wrong signer, you have to cancel and start all over again.

  20. Certain types of email address throw an error. I've come across this with two separate emails now and they both throw and error. The latest is this email.
