   A atualização do IA Acrobat Pró - foi uma "pioria" - uma melhoria para pior - absurda e expantosa. Trabalhei comentando e analisando trabalhos de alunos, com ajuda da IA do Acrobat - era boa, não era ótima, sim errava. mas aprendia. Acordei - tinha o tal do Space - que atrapalha a visualização do arquivo que voce está trabalhando - a janela é fixa e não pode ser reduzida - não permite trabalhar nem comentar o texto diretamente. Voce tem que abrir duas janelas - uma pro space outra por arquivo. Até aí, tudo bem - não tem jeito, jetio tá dado. O maior problema é a nova IA - burra, muito burras, burra demais! Gata-se mais tempo corrigindo as respostas - isto é ensinando de graça a IA - deviamos receber por isto - do que corrigindo os trabalhos dos alunos. E ela não aprende. Perdi a paciencia! De tanto chamar a nova IA de burra, imprexisa , ignorante, desantenta - ela pesquisa muito mal os arquivos anexados. Tudo bem que os prompts possam também conter erros - uma despioria recomendável era ter um corretor (os erros ortográficos aparecem sublinhados em vermelho, mas voce clica e não aparece opção de correção da palavra. Mas o absurdo o absurdo: os prompts préconfigurados - nem isto a IA entende! De tanto chama-la de burra, ignorante, desatenta - ao final ela fechou tudo - arquivos , chat, tudo! Acho que foi de vergonha de tanto errar e não aprender. E pior - não como vol,tar à versão antiga. Belo trabalho dos desenvolvedores! Acho que desenvolvem mas não utilizam! Então nem se dão conta da M** que fizeram. A IA inveriavelmente responde - Lamentamos a frustação...Frustrante! Irritante! Absurdo!!! Nem tenho como recuperar a conversa. Cabuloso!

3. Stop spamming the "how it works" box

   Using "Request e-signatures" in the browser.
   EVERY TIME I ADD A FIELD it re-opens the "HOW IT WORKS" box meaning I have to repeatedly close it to reach the fields which are hidden far below.

   I really appreciate the AI-powered features in Adobe Acrobat’s e-signature tool — especially the ability to summarize documents and extract key insights. One enhancement that would make the experience even more powerful is the ability to create and manage contact profiles.

   If users could pre-fill contact details (like name, email, company, title, etc.), the system could automatically populate those fields when sending agreements. This would save time, reduce errors, and streamline workflows — especially for users who send documents to recurring contacts.

   Adding a “Contacts” or “Signer Profiles” feature would make Adobe Acrobat even more efficient for contract management and high-volume agreement workflows.

6. Glitch in adding signature upon Save/Print/Download

   Using the Add Signature with my saved signature results in corrupt signature upon Save/Print/Download.

   The signature looks ideal while Editing, but the Save/Print/Download makes the signature glitch and appear "squished".

   Buenas tardes Sr. Carlos, ¿cómo ha estado?
   Lamento tener que molestarle nuevamente con la solicitud de firma digital puesto que conseguí este documento que es muy posible que me vayan a pedir puesto que no iríamos juntos al trámite. Tras casi 3 semanas, finalmente he conseguido la cita para la semana y pues quisiera ir con todos los recaudos y casi que de más para evitar perder el viaje.

   Por favor revise si sus datos están correctos y apórteme su firma digital por favor para poder ir a imprimirlo.

8. Wrongly refunded + Adobe has wrong contact listed in Paypal

   Hi,

   I received an e-mail about a refund on my account. I don't need this refund. I needed premium Adobe Acrobat, I think, in order to edit a PDF this morning. I only need this for a single file once every few months, so I don't stay subscribed. I would absolutely love if there were a way to pay daily or weekly. It feels ridiculous to pay $50 a year to edit 2 PDFs.

   I tried to send an e-mail to the contact listed on my Paypal refund, paypaladmin@adobe.com, but got an error from postmaster@adobe.com about how the e-mail address is not found.

   I am writing today to point out these two errors.

11. Unrequested Editable Task Unneeded

    The online tool is very frustrating. I want to do something simple like change the page order and it takes way longer, because the program insists on converting everything into readable text when I didn't ask it to. It feels like unasked for AI integration is making this product worse.

12. Nothing has worked since i started using the subscription service.

    I have had my Adobe subscription for about an hour and it has stalled, frozen, or lost my file at least a dozen times. Now it's telling me that there's an "error" with a file and i can't edit or view it, but it won't tell me what that error is.

    I have never had such a terrible experience with Adobe until now. This is unacceptable and I will be canceling my subscription after not even a day because of this.

    Hello,

    I wanted to share some feedback regarding Adobe Sign web forms. Currently, it seems that once a web form has been created, I’m unable to edit it when it comes to adding or removing recipients or attaching additional documents.

    This limitation creates challenges when minor updates are needed—such as adjusting signer roles, updating contact information, or attaching new supporting files—without having to recreate the entire form from scratch.

    Suggested Improvement:
    It would be extremely helpful if Adobe allowed users to make post-creation edits to web forms, specifically to:

    Add or remove recipients.

    Upload additional documents or replace existing ones.

    Adjust signing order and permissions without needing to rebuild the form.

    Providing this flexibility would save significant time and streamline workflows, especially for users who frequently make small updates to existing forms.

17. Unlocking subfields in Google chrome Acrobat

    I use a form with multiple layers of embedded fields. When I click on that button, the subfields do not unlock in the Google Chrome version; they do unlock in the desktop version.
