For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  3. Hi,
    I am unable to do the Scan and OCR step on my computer, for Japanese.
    It comes up with the error "Acrobat could not perform Text Recognition on this page because
    Unknown error".
    I can convert the same using the Acrobat Export PDF web interface.
    I have uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe on my computer. Can you please tell me how to fix this error.

  4. It would be nice if you could assign the signature order to multiple people. For example, if I am sending out a lease I want all of the tenants to sign in either order. After all of the tenants sign then I want to lease to be sent to the landlord for signature. Docusign has a feature that allows for this.

  5. E-sign templates aren't working properly. The window says the document is not sent but when I look at my email it looks like it was sent out. This has caused duplicates to be sent out.

  6. The e-sign changes have been very confusing for most of our clients. They don't see the "click to sign" "continue" buttons and about 90% of them miss the final submit button. I have had to get on video screen shares and follow up with clients on outstanding signatures 9/10 for every agreement that gets sent out. It is unsustainable, instead of doing billable work I have to walk them through how to complete an e-signature. I would like you to change this part of your platform into a more user friendly and or obvious format. So that I can stop…

  7. You can have the people who back up your personal assistant actually answer me as to why we were overcharged for our subscription. But the person hung up on me without one response. Wow.
    No one in your company will explain why you charged us $21.77/mo for a $12.99/mo subscription.

  8. You can improve your product by not stealing from people. You charged us $21.77/mo for a $12.99/mo subscription and then charged us for a whole year when we only wanted a month. Then had the nerve to charge us another $12.99 for the last 8 days of the year long obligation that we inadvertantly (elderly spouse with poor online skills) signed up for and were not allowed to cancel early. You prey on people like vultures, cheating and stealing from them. Oh yes, there are pages of fine print informing us of all of the rules hidden away amongst a…

  9. Adobe Acrobat ROBBED us. We inadvertantly signed up for a year subscription when we only wanted it for a month. We were charged $21.77 per month for a year and then I go to finally cancel and find out that our subscription cost only $12.99 per month. Adobe Acrobat are cheaters and theives. Shame on you. SHAME!!!!

  13. I despise change. I'm no completely unable top split a file into multiple pages by file size????? That's the whole point of splitting them.

    This version is sooooooop user UNFRIENDLY. I have to sometimes work remotely. The old EASY version is still on my office computer. But my new work from home laptop requires this new MESSED UP version that makes it hard to find ANY of the tools I typically use. HATE IT HATE IT HATE IT

  14. I have been a longtime user and customer of adobe for adobe acrobat. I current have paid for the program and do use it regularly at work. I have just been given a new work computer that does not have adobe as its pdf software. I'm beginning to see why - there seems to be absolutely no support other than to push the purchase of monthly access at a price I, at least, will not pay,

  15. Bonjour,

    À partir d'un formulaire web. J'aimerais télécharger toutes les pièces jointes des différents destinataires ayant complété un formulaire web (qui intègre les pièces jointes). Dans un gros zip avec un répertoire par destinataire. Un peu de la même manière que de "Télécharger les données des champs du formulaire". Au lieu de sélectionner le formulaire web, cliquer sur accords "total", cliquer sur le destinataire de l'accord, cliquer sur pièces jointes, cliquer sur chacune des pièces jointes afin des les télécharger.

  16. Das Telefonat mit eurem Serviceteam vom 18. Juni 2024 um 10.03 Uhr mit einem weiblichen Berater war sehr enttäuschend. Sie hat mir zweimal gedroht, dass Telefon aufzuhängen ohne Grund.

    Diese Beratung widerspiegelt keine kompetente Firma.

  18. your web site does not work properly. when i try to convert a pdf to word, i get a message saying that my pdf file security settings do not allow the conversion. i do not have any security on my pdf's so this should not be happening. i am very unhappy with this service that i am paying for.

  20. Ich hatte ein Dokument erstellt, was von zwei anderen Parteien und mir unterzeichnet werden musste.
    Über die erste Unterschrift wurde ich noch informiert. Leider wurde ich aber nicht darüber informiert, dass die zweite Partei unterzeichnet hat und meine Unterschrift fehlt.
    Das ist echt schlecht, wenn man sich auf den Prozess nicht verlassen kann.
