Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Ive tried numerous times to export a pdf to word and it fails every time. There are no details as to why and no way to determine what has gone wrong. Add to the fact that there is no support avenue I am less than impressed with the cloud service.

  2. pour le site, je ne sais pas, je ne vois pas l'intérêt du service. en général google drive ou one drive font mieux le travail.

    pour ce qui est du logiciel, c'est de pire en pire. j'aimerais vraiment faire un retour sur le sujet, mais l'utilisateur est bon qu'à payer non ?

  3. Fix whatever you broke that makes the sad face come up 60% of the time I want to use the software. Since the interface upgrade done, the software is working so infrequently after 5yrs of using it I am looking for alternatives.

  4. Email message sent out with documents to be signed are no where to be found. It would be nice to see the message sent with a document for signature.

  5. The experience for sending for signature has been absolutely ruined. Who thought it would be a brilliant idea to remove the simple button that says "Send another document"? The new UI is convoluted, but that would be excusable if that one simple button was still there. Now you need to reload to the home page, then load up the sending page again. An additional step introduced for absolutely no reason.

  7. Previously, I was able to click on the box next to a document and see the path/folder that the document is currently in. Not only and I not able to do that anymore, which makes my job so difficult, the application is very user UN-friendly now. Please go back to how it used to be.

  10. I spoke with a customer today who asked for an option when receiving a file for Viewing to open the file in Acrobat. There is an option to Download from the top toolbar, but the ask was to be more similar to the experience when receiving a file for Review. In that case, there is a link to open the file in Acrobat.

  12. When a document is shared for review by inviting others, there is an option to set a deadline. This request is to allow the review owner to modify the deadline after a review has started (or set a deadline if one was not originally set).

  13. I am so disgusted with Adobe and their approach to disabling legitimately purchased Acrobat Pro XI that I have deleted my software and purchased PDF Element6 Pro. Their price is better than yours, the utility it provides is all that I require and I only have to pay for it the one time and not be subject to Adobe's extornionate practices. I bought Pro XI bundled with a Fujitsu 1200M scanner. Go after them not me if its 'counterfeit'. I shall avoid using or recommending Adobe software from now onwards.

  16. I need to review documents from Sept 2018 that are no longer available. Why aren't they available. Do you have a time frame for saving docs? I was unaware of a a time limit. You should email a warning before doc become unavailable and tell me that I need to save the document somewhere else. I need the information to dispute some charges. I want a refund for items that were charged to my accounts.

  17. ever since you rolled out the new look nothing works. half the time I get the message that Adobe sign is not available. when it is available it takes forever to load and just stops in the middle of sending out a document so I have to start all over. Frustration doesn't begin to define what I am feeling. Fix it!

  18. Hello,

    I have been using Adobe Acrobat DC Pro to sign and send my documents via my Outlook client.

    However, the new version of Acrobat DC doesn't seem to follow the same process.

    Please advise on whether or not it is still possible to Sign and Send documents the way we used to.
