Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Train your customer support agents. Like even just a little training would be helpful before you throw them onto the chat line. I went though 15 different agents for 4 hours across 2 days to get info that should have taken 10 minutes for someone to find on internal documentation. Extremely frustrated with this experience. The worst part of it all is that there was never an actual solution to my issue. I will be looking for a different product moving forward.

  3. I have 2 separate issues with templates for esigning.

    1- I have created a template for the 2024 W4, however every time I try to use the template for another employee it get stuck in the preparing file for esign and when I refresh the page it just says error has occurred. At this point I have to open the W4 new each time and redo the boxes/areas to sign and fill in each time, which defeats the purpose of the creating a template.
    i have been through this with customer support and I have re-created the template multiple times…

  4. Hi, I just want to convert pdf's I received because the provider left me no other option (rather had . csv format).

    Why am I stuck now without the free converter but are pushed to some subscription ? WTF happened to the 'free converter' ?

    Blè. Better start hiring more programmers than lawyers, marketeers and psychologists to provide better ADDED VALUE people REALLY need.

  9. I would love to be able to send signature request via SMS text messages. I enjoy using Adobe and prefer it over other signature platforms but I would love the convenience that sending docs vis SMS (like panda doc provides).

  10. After selecting "review and send", the "agreement name" section isn't taking left/right input from the keyboard. So if I want to change the cursor location, I have to either backspace or click on the location with the mouse.

  19. THIS NEW INTERFACE SUCKS!!! I cannot do HALF of what I need to be able to do in here anymore! Is there any way to go back to the old UX???

  20. PDF files will not open for editing using the Acrobat web app. I get a message "preparing file for editing..." which holds (presumably) forever.
