Adobe Sign app not working at all
Adobe Sign app doesn’t show any docs out for signature and when go to Sign section it’s still got link for Get App even though I am in the Adobe sign app!

Awful Marketing
Will never have a subscription to any software. This is not feasible for persons who do not have a business. The most selfish greedy idea ever to be marketed. Make software that people can purchase at a reasonable price.

Bad Customer Experience
Very bad experience with the entire trail process on money taken from my account first 15.17 then 60 charge is ridiculous.
Speaking to robots are so strenuous. I will never subscribe to Adobe there must be others organisations in the UK1 vote -
This service has hidden fees and unclear guidelines. A ripoff of a service.
Its extremely uncool that I would be charged $74 to cancel a plan that I never signed up for.

Document Template Won't Load
My document template won't load. I tried to open a few times and it keeps on loading. I already tried log out and login and even restarting my computer.

Ostuda, že si Adobe chce účtovat za polofunkční služby.
Nechápu, jak si může společnost Adobe účtovat tak nehorázné peníze za něco, co nefunguje... Převod PDF dokumentu bez fotografií, teď zase nefunkční funkce úprav přímo v PDF. Neuvěřitelná ostuda!

Adobe Signを利用しています。
最近署名依頼画面が変更になり、大変使いづらくなったと感じております。
最初の画面で送信先メールアドレス入力フォームのみ表示することに意味はあるのでしょうか。
最初から全ての入力フォームを確認できた以前の方が使いやすかったように感じます。
また、入力候補を表示してくれるのはありがたいのですが、入力途中にいざ候補を選択しようとすると何も起きない=また打ち直しになるのもなんだかなあと思います。
入力候補も、以前打ち間違えたもの(例えば.comを.conなど)は、間違えやすいので削除できるとありがたいのですが方法はありますでしょうか?
機能自体は他にはない素晴らしいもので今後も是非重宝させていただきたいので、なるべく使いやすいようにサポートいただけると嬉しく思います。

Very Difficult To Work With... Frustrating
It is so very frustrating working with Adobe Products. It would be a good idea to hire someone from Apple, Google or Facebook who is qualified to make the user experience easier. The recent switch to "profiles" has made the experience of working with Lightroom an impossible to bear experience because of the requirement to switch between profiles and then the difficulty in switching. Now, I am finding it difficult to add Lightroom to my business account so I don't have to switch. Very difficult... very frustrating. The Acrobat App is also a pain to work with and could use…

Allow Full Editing for Agreement Templates (Cannot Edit Text/Images)
Please allow us to edit text and images in AGREEMENT TEMPLATES. There is no way to currently do that, at least that I can see.
Anytime we want to change a simple thing in our agreements, we have to start from SCRATCH and that's super inconvenient if all we need to do is change some formatting or image alignment.

La raison essentielle est la qualité de la conversion de fichiers pdf, générés par mon logiciel de généalogie, geneanet.org. Les fichiers produits en docx comportent des anomalies qui rendent impossible leur utilisation sans corrections importantes pour être utilisables en word.1 vote -
Unhappy wont use again, Dont recommend
Service is subpar. Only able to edit one file before everything breaks. stops allowing you to edit if you click the wrong thing while trying to learn the online software. Then all buttons send to Sign up pop up. which FREE TRAIL button does nothing no matter how many times its clicked. Subscribe button also not functional so now its unusable. Not a good experience, found another actual FREE pdf editor on google search that WORKS.

Can't access new license (also, Adobe support is thoroughly useless)
I am unable to access an acrobat pro dc license that has been paid for and assigned. I have spent a long time - twice - with your chat support team. Such an awful experience, they were unhelpful and asked me to download files when they did not know what was in them. The installation still did not work. I'm still waiting for a callback from support to get this working... I'm blown away at how terrible Adobe's service has been so far. An absolute waste of time. Would love some actual help -- 845-300-6133.
