Very Upset
I needed to download a document sent to me in Adobe. I was forced to download the program onto my computer and now this is pervading everything I do. And you want to charge me for it by Friday. It's disgraceful that companies do this to try to get people to buy their products. I hate this program - it's a mess and will get it off my computer. But the time taken with all this is very annoying

Editing comments that included mentions
I'm not able to view/edit a mention to make sure that I added the correct recipient. Also, when mentions are in the comment, the edit experience isn't very friendly with content pushed to the side

Can't simply upload and share docs
I can't tell you how much trouble I have navigating the Acrobat UI in order to simply upload and share documents. I'm an Adobe employee and an MIT graduate and I find these things nearly impossible to figure out in either the Acrobat app or the Acrobat site. I want to do what I could easily do with Adobe Send: (a) create a folder, (b) upload several docs into the folder, (c) select the docs I want to share externally, preferably as a link in one email. Adobe sent my document to the wrong recipient
Hi, I sent a confidential document for signature to one person through the E-Signature option. I then received an email back from a different person with an almost identical email address - who had received the agreement from Adobe, although I had entered the intended recipient's email accurately. I do not understand how this happened, and it is is significant breach of privacy. Can you please contact me to explain?

Adobe Pro stops working and has to be reinstalled
Why does Adobe Pro DC just stop working on my PC? It is very frustrating and wastes my precious time. This is not the first time this has happened. WHY?

Undo button
An Undo button is needed, please. This is so common in so many platforms that I'm lazy & reliant on the undo button. Largely because like many of us, I'm overworked anD busy and that means mistake prone. It would be great to be able to undo 3x if possible. However, an Undo 1x button is urgently needed, please. Online conversion creates LOSSY images
Online conversion quality is horrible! Using JPG algorithms to convert PNG line art to PDF is like making a chocolate cake out of mud.
Too much lossy quality around the edges of letters lines and borders.

No ability to add comments?
When using Adobe sign. Is there anyway for a signer to add comments before adding their signature? This would vastly improve the functionality as opposed to just adding a signature.

Bad Customer Experience
Very bad experience with the entire trail process on money taken from my account first 15.17 then 60 charge is ridiculous.
Speaking to robots are so strenuous. I will never subscribe to Adobe there must be others organisations in the UK1 vote -
This service has hidden fees and unclear guidelines. A ripoff of a service.
Its extremely uncool that I would be charged $74 to cancel a plan that I never signed up for.

Ostuda, že si Adobe chce účtovat za polofunkční služby.
Nechápu, jak si může společnost Adobe účtovat tak nehorázné peníze za něco, co nefunguje... Převod PDF dokumentu bez fotografií, teď zase nefunkční funkce úprav přímo v PDF. Neuvěřitelná ostuda!

Very Difficult To Work With... Frustrating
It is so very frustrating working with Adobe Products. It would be a good idea to hire someone from Apple, Google or Facebook who is qualified to make the user experience easier. The recent switch to "profiles" has made the experience of working with Lightroom an impossible to bear experience because of the requirement to switch between profiles and then the difficulty in switching. Now, I am finding it difficult to add Lightroom to my business account so I don't have to switch. Very difficult... very frustrating. The Acrobat App is also a pain to work with and could use…
