Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Problem when export pdf file

    Hello, I've a problem, current I can't export Pdf file on Document cloud of Adobe when I want to convert .png or .jpg to PDF. I tried many times but I received a notification, that's " Unable to process ". Could you help me sort out this problem, please?

  5. Software download direction.

    I am trying to find the download & install page for a Acrobat DC subscription. This user had to navigate by intuition to Recommended Tools & then click "All tools" to lead to the Apps, Convert, Edit, Share, Sign page. Then, finally the product is listed for download in the Apps line. Not very user friendly. One should not have to search just to install a digital download purchased software. That process needs better directions. Very poor web site layout!

  6. UI Bug - agreements not scrollable

    None of the agreement lists are scrollable at the moment - no way to review list of who items have been sent to.

    Issue exists on latest versions of Chrome and Edge.

  10. Cannot scroll down on documents

    There is no scroll down bar on the Documents window. I cannot scroll down to search through my documents.

  11. Too complicated to delete an agreement shared publicly

    After I accidentally published a document containing PII (using Adobe Acrobate DC), it was super complicated to figure out how to delete this agreement.

  12. Adobe Sign Not Loading

    Adobe Sign worked for a while but is now perpetually "Loading." I need to access signed documents. I'm an attorney; clients need their paperwork filed with the court. This is a problem that makes me wish I'd kept DocuSign instead.

  13. Document signed notifications

    It doesn't do me any good to get a notification that says my document was signed unless the notification as some identifying information that tells me which document was signed. Is there a way to turn off these notifications? They aren't useful to me.

  14. Add emails for more reviewers

    It would be great if the initiator was able to allow reviews to add additional reviewers by adding emails instead of just sending the link

  15. What, where, why happen to my doc

    Documents can not be hard to find if they are uploaded especially if they only use pdf format!

  17. This program sucks!!!

    Not make this so difficult to use. I've had to sign in and put codes FOUR times and still get to use this program. This is my first use and I no longer want it. It's not worth the hassle I would have to go through each time I want to use it. Cancel the "membership" and return my money!!!!!

  18. Fraudulent Charge

    I have been fraudulently charged for a trial that was canceled. I have disputed this through my credit card but please stop any additional charges.

  20. Clunk City

    This is the absolute clunkiest, confusing **** I've ever had to deal with!
    I thought I was in OneDrive and saving a document there. I did so hoping that it would be viewable at my home to avoid having to email it to myself. I'm trying to learn but Adobe is plaguing me at home on my home PC, on my company Computer with the DC program and still trying to gag me with DC trial basis when Ive paid and my agency has pain for new licenses.
