Unable to access files after disabling AI
HI, it seems that the Gen AI feature is MANDATORY?? Even though option to switch it off was available, but when I try to do so (because otherwise it pops up and disrupts my view whenever I try to open a file), I am suddenly unable to access my files?? Keeping my files a *******? What is this forceful use of AI?? It clutters my interface so much and creates an extra step for me to access my files proper? This is terrible. Attaching a screenshot of how it looks like when I try to access my files with AI…

Sorry something went wrong error
I have been using the adobe acrobat online for document signing for a few days. There is a constant issue saying" Sorry something went wrong" I have done everything on my end to resolve this issue and clearly I think it's your app now. This needs to be fixed!

An error has occurred which stopped the processing of the PDF.
I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I've encountered while trying to use the "Convert PDF to Word" feature in Adobe Acrobat. Unfortunately, I’ve been receiving an error message (attached) that prevents me from completing the conversion. I’ve tried a few troubleshooting steps, such as opening and closing the Microsoft Edge browser and clearing my cookies and cache, signing in and back out, but the issue persists. This functionality is essential for me, and I would greatly appreciate any time that you can take to investigate this issue further. Thank you for considering my feedback!

Words are kept together without spaces when copying and pasting from documents
"inlFwas involvedinLmcolonizationintheearlystageof infection."
When I copy and paste segments of the documents, there are no spaces between the words so everything is all jumbled together.
I put an example of it on top.

Why has this app forgotten the vocabulary I use? Why do I have to spend more than 20 bucks a month for this app to remember words?

Every time this asks me if I want to save time by summarizing the document with AI I want to blow my brains out in front of the screen.

Adobe AI Assistant incomplete document citing when it provides information
I have been using adobe AI assistant. The issue is that the summarised information it provides does not always provide a reference for where it sourced that particular information, which I would like for verification purposes. For the unverified information it provides, I have to scour the whole source document to verify its veracity. If the AI does not know, it should say so, instead of wasting my time because it does not follow my instructions properly.

Check box field empty
When sending a request for signature document, the check box fields are consistently skipped over when signer is using a mobile device.

Create E-sign Template not working
I am unable to create an e-sign template. When I am prompted to select a file, I do, it begins to download, then I am left with the attached error message. I have been unable to get further than this screen.

Paying to rotate a pdf file
What a lot of stupid rigmarole to rotate a pdf file. Can't do it in Reader; have to do it online, and all that happens is a push to buy, after it's said that it's for free. I've been working on this for an hour. It still hasn't rotated my file. Waste of time!

Better Dark Mode
The current implementation of dark mode for Adobe online is acceptable - both the page itself and the surrounding background is dark. However, instead of making the page completely black, could the page me slightly grey? A straight black page with white text is also a little ******* the eyes.
