Tap to Sign, under/above the line
The sign feature is bad because there is a line in the middle of the screen when you have to hand sign on your phone. The customers are confused about the line and they almost never sign above the line, only on the line or under the line which causes confusion further because it covers the automatic signing date. Can you make so that wherever they sign it goes automatically above the line? its just counter-intuitive

The newer version of Adobe is NOT easy to use on creating and editing forms. Everything used to be very easy to find and use but now I'm spending too much time just trying to edit my form fields. TERRIBLE!!

Worst helpdesk "service" ever
I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to express my frustration with the level of support I’ve received over the past month. Despite several lengthy sessions with your help desk, my issue remains unresolved, and I’ve lost a significant amount of time and productivity as a result.
To give one example — during a screen-sharing session, a representative spent over 15 minutes attempting to open a PDF file in InDesign, which is, of course, not possible. Incidents like this have left me questioning the quality and technical proficiency of your support team.

Signatur funktioniert nicht + mehrere Dokumente können nicht zusammengeführt werden
Adobe Sign ist derzeit nicht in der Lage mehrere PDFs die man nacheinander hochläd zusammenzuführen.
Des Weiteren bekomme ich ständig Fehlermeldungen und bin derzeit nicht in der Lage Dokumente zur Unterschrift einzustellen!

Non-display of data
MAC Adobe Acrobat Pro seems to not correctly display data of month-end Bank of America (BoA) credit card accounts. Some of the general structure of the statements is shown but not the data. This is true for three different BoA credit card account statements, my personal Frederick S Hagen account, and business credit card accounts for Icogenex and 454 Viking LLC. On the other hand BoA “bank account” month end statements, display properly and PDFs from other sources display properly with MAC Adobe Acrobat Pro. We should be able to re-edit a document that is currently awaiting signatures in the case of a spelling mistake or moving a signatory spot
Issue with System when trying to get a document signed with multiple signatures.

You used to allow word files for signing, now you don't. This is a step back and not user friendly. Why is it when you make changes it is a considerably worse program to use? Seriously, all these new changes from the old interface is making it slower and consistently worse than the last re-iteration. Thinking of suggesting moving my organization to docusign.

AI is TRASH
No one wants or asked for all of the AI detritus. Stop it. I don't want an AI summary, I don't want to ask an AI assistant. I want HUMANS to do HUMAN work. And for the amount of money this company gets every month I would think we could turn off the invasive, unprofessional, garbage.

Misleading to say that you can update pdf online for free then say I have to pay for a subscription to do it.

PDF/X options missing for high quality printing
I have spent days of my life trying to combine multiple photographic jpgs into 1 PDF for high quality printing. It appears to be impossible because even your help page does not match reality. Adobe Help Forum has not been able to solve this mystery accurately in years, including the Condescending Know-it-alls.
This is what I see when I click "All Tools" as instructed. Nowhere does it mention "Print Production" "Preflight" "PDF Standards" "Libraries" or "Profiles". Those tabs don't exist anywhere within Acrobat Pro that I can find.

Why will Adobe Acrobat not open on my Desktop? I've tried reinstalling, I've tried clearing the cache. So much for being a 'reliable pdf reader'.

Signed PDFs
I just signed a document through your Adobe e-Signature and now I can't download a signed version of the document. Your service is inferior to DocuSign -- with DocuSign I can just click the original link and download my signed copy of the document. You don't even email me a signed copy of the document.

After signing a document through Adobe e-Signature, an email with the fully signed copy is automatically sent once all parties have completed their signatures. Sometimes these emails can land in spam or promotions folders, so please check there as well as your main inbox.
