  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Unsatisfactory experience

    The "Recognize text with OCR" tool isn't powerful enough.

    The words (highlighted in yellow) that I need most to be recognised can't be recognised, even after processing with Adobe OCR tool

  5. Unable to scroll at all, zoom ineffective

    Tried your free too because I wanted to delete 300 pages of a 400-page pdf. Unable to scroll through the pdf on Safari or Chrome browsers. NO VERTICAL SCROLL BARS. Arrow keys unreliable. Unable to zoom in or out to see what I was doing. Very difficult and persnickety to use. I would never subscribe to this tool.

  7. FALLA EL ENVIAR DOCUEMNTO A FIRMA

    Tengo este problema al momento de intentar enviar un documento para firma, ya he intendado varias veces, en diferentes navegadores, con diferentes redes wifi y por cable, en diferentes pc pero no permite enviar el doumento para firma, que puedo hacer?

  8. Organize page status not known, keeps discarding edits.

    Organize Pages not working, no status no nothing, we are the fools. 20 years ago this use to work very well on Adobe.

  9. unable to e-sign Contracts by both parties

    It is extremely inconvenient for contract signing where we have buyer side and the seller side. And if I receive contract already electronically signed by one side, Adobe not allowing me to get e-signatures fron the other side, as it says the Contract already certified and can't be e-signed.

  11. Quitar limitaciones para descargar archivos

    Tengo pensado dejar de usar acrobat porque tiene limitaciones en cuanto a la descarga de archivos y carpetas, se deberia poder descargar carpetas completas y la cantidad de archivos que uno desee

  13. Combine Files Issues

    Combine Files frequently does not load, no matter what I try. I have cleared cookies, fully logged out and back in, and have tried different avenues to access the webpage. But nothing seems to work. This is unacceptable for a paid product.

  15. Very expensive frustration.

    this browser / cloud version is dreadful. i tried it because the desktop version is a constant source of frustration on my imac - it crashes constantly and bogs down the CPU. But this is even worse - it doesn't even work. And the PDF space is like it's not even connected to Acrobat. Utterly useless. I pay for this service with the ai extension and it eats more time of mine than it saves. What an expensive time sink.

  17. Adobe sign is not loading

    Adobe has been really glitchy (not responding when I clicked on e-sign or being exceptionally slow in loading up items or not displaying items that I researched that I know should have been displaying) yesterday and today. I was sending out e-sign forms on Saturday without issues. Now, when I click on that option in Adobe, it acts like I never clicked anything or is exceptionally slow in responding.   18. Terrible Application Works 50% of Time

    This application is terrible. Fix your app before adding the next useless AI tool. Main function of this application does not work and cannot work when trying to run 20 other useless AI programs that have never been used.

  20. Want refund

    I started a free trial of Adobe Acrobat Premium but forgot to cancel it, and ₹2,600.00 was auto-deducted for the annual plan. I applied for a refund within 2 hours without using the premium services, but Google Play rejected it and asked me to contact the developer. This is a huge amount for me. Kindly help me get a refund for this accidental purchase. My Transaction ID is GPA.3311-9904-9207-42329. Please help!
