Why am I not seeing the signature of the person who signed the agreement. The 2nd person signed three hours ago and i don't have it.

Rubbish. Much better elsewhere on the market
Genuinely terrible. You've put the most basic things behind a paywall and for whatever reason, a PDF takes 30 years to load when preparing for editing but that doesn't happen on smaller PDF editing providers.

E-sign issues
Hello, we are experiencing a document signing issue. Our clients are unable to sign documents; the system indicates that one or two fields still need to be signed or filled in. Please help resolve this issue. Similar problems have occurred more than ten times in the past two weeks. If the problem persists, I will consider switching to other software.

Acrobat 2024 is terrible software
Acrobat 2024 is one of the worst software downgrades that i've experienced in the last 25 years. Its endlessly frustrating. Its slower than Acrobat 2020, more expensive, it often decides not to work, it prevents me from opening multiple PDFs. As soon as my busy season is over I will be cancelling my 5 subscriptions and finding another solution.

Unable to access files after disabling AI
HI, it seems that the Gen AI feature is MANDATORY?? Even though option to switch it off was available, but when I try to do so (because otherwise it pops up and disrupts my view whenever I try to open a file), I am suddenly unable to access my files?? Keeping my files a *******? What is this forceful use of AI?? It clutters my interface so much and creates an extra step for me to access my files proper? This is terrible. Sorry something went wrong error
I have been using the adobe acrobat online for document signing for a few days. There is a constant issue saying" Sorry something went wrong" I have done everything on my end to resolve this issue and clearly I think it's your app now. This needs to be fixed!
