Nothing has worked since i started using the subscription service.
I have had my Adobe subscription for about an hour and it has stalled, frozen, or lost my file at least a dozen times. Now it's telling me that there's an "error" with a file and i can't edit or view it, but it won't tell me what that error is.
I have never had such a terrible experience with Adobe until now. This is unacceptable and I will be canceling my subscription after not even a day because of this.

Web Form Edit
Hello,
I wanted to share some feedback regarding Adobe Sign web forms. Currently, it seems that once a web form has been created, I’m unable to edit it when it comes to adding or removing recipients or attaching additional documents.
This limitation creates challenges when minor updates are needed—such as adjusting signer roles, updating contact information, or attaching new supporting files—without having to recreate the entire form from scratch.
Suggested Improvement:
It would be extremely helpful if Adobe allowed users to make post-creation edits to web forms, specifically to:Add or remove recipients.
Upload additional documents or replace existing ones.

Change the word "Agreement" to "Document"
For e-signature, Please change the word "agreement" to "document" as it is not always an agreement. I would like to use it for invoices as well and other non-agreement.

Hey everyone,
I just got rejected for a position at an insurance company because of something that showed up on my background check — but here’s the thing: it’s not even accurate. They flagged an old charge that was dropped years ago, and I honestly thought it was gone for good.Has anyone dealt with being denied employment due to insurance background check errors? What’s the best way to fight this? I’m frustrated and kind of lost here.

Option for human help please

Unlocking subfields in Google chrome Acrobat
I use a form with multiple layers of embedded fields. When I click on that button, the subfields do not unlock in the Google Chrome version; they do unlock in the desktop version.

change tool functionality
the tool section functionality is HORRIBLE.. since you changed to not having to click the selection each time it is FRUSTRATING to edit the original selection (arrow, line, box, comment).

Doc stuck spiraling in "saving"
This document has had trouble saving since yesterday when I began working on it. It times out and stops allowing me to edit. It gets stuck sprirailing in "saving"

Unable to finish my project because the options are missing
why is adobe so confusing? i have been trying for an hour to get the agreement i was adding fields to last night to continue where i left off. There is no option to continue only to start over. which means that the 2 hours i spent last night adding fields are wasted.

Glitchy with pop ups
The functionality is terrible. The scroll wheel zoom and feel is awful and glitch. The tools like 'Draw freehand' are deselcted once used. This is very cumbersome to work with. Edge and other extensions outperform. Also there are pop ups everywhere ("ask AI assistant", 'document summary', pop up at the bottom). I'm embarassed to pay for this.

Downloading compressed PDF bug
When we choose to download PDF compressed it thinks for a minute then says Error, it's already compressed. (it isn't) Just need this function to work.
