1. freezes screen regularly

   My Adobe Acrobat Pro freezes my PC screen regularly during navigation - i have then shut down my computer to get out of the app. Frustrating to say the least - i will not be renewing my contract and will return to the free version of adobe reader. Very disappointing.

2. Request e-signature does not work, Support non-existent

   Request e-signatures is not functional on either the desktop app or the web app. Support is non-existent by chat, telephone, or otherwise. AI generated support does not address the issue. Zero satisfaction with Request e-signatures feature and related support.

6. Combine in Browser - No Opt Out

   "Preferences" is garbage. There is no option to prevent files from opening in the default browser, and your FAQs are terrible.

    Merci pour le temps precieux que vous me faites gagner avec vos telechargements publicitaires a la con ! Je viens d acheter un module pour convertir des factures pdf en xls cela semble marcher selon vos dires mais a ce jour je n'arrrive meme pas a ouvrir mon application de bureau sans etre emmerder par une de vos offres de merde adobe acrobat pro comme si le fait que je vous ai payer 20 € ne vous convenait et que vous tentiez de m enculer avec vos propositions de migration a une offre a 20 € par mois ! je saurai faire de la pub pour vous au travers de mon entourage . Continuez comme ca vous etes des champions on se croirait sur un play store pour enfants tres loin d'un site pour professionnels qui cherchent avant tout dans vos solutions la sereinite pour ne pas etre emmerder avec ce genre de pub bandes de gros cons

15. default date glitch in Adobe Acrobat

    Help! In the new Adobe Acrobat, e-signatures, the updated process has the WRONG date format! When a document is signed, instead of Month/Date/Year, it's automatically listing DATE/Month/Year. My documents today Feb 8, 2024 are being date stamped as 8/2/2024. Please help!

    1. Place a date field in the document you wish to send
    2. Double click the field
    3. On the left panel look for Date format, here you can select the format you want to use.

16. Your Program Doesn't Work

    The copy I download remains "broken" and each time I click your "Edit in PowerPoint" button, it simply opens the same acrobat.adobe.com page that I clicked over from. This makes your service entirely worthless.

19. Adobe Sign Interface Improvement Recommendations/Problems

    The Adobe Acrobat e-sign desktop service does does not sign in and has a buggy and difficult to use user interface.

    There are three major issues I've had with it:

    1. Editing a document prior to sending is nearly impossible. Most documents probably follow this process: Get Template -> Adjust Template Fields to Specific Requirements -> Adjust name of file -> Add Signees -> Collect Signatures. For some reason adjusting templates prior to sending seems to be absent from this process. A template cannot be renamed, and specific fields are required to be filled by signees. A document preparer who is not a signee is not accounted as a user. On top of that, templates require you to request signatures prior to being able to edit them. Which makes no sense to me.

    2. Setting fields and adjusting fields is nearly impossible and extremely unintuitive. After adding signees, or after adding signees to a template (why would you even be forced to do this?) adjusting fields is difficult to say the least. Please at least include undo 'crtl+z' functionality so you're not required to restart the entire process if you make a mistake.

    3. Signing in to send reminders, add signees or adjust documents simply does not work. I'm forced to use the web interface despite being signed in. I'm forced to Sign In to edit docs, yet signing in doesn't do anything.

    Overall, I think there is insane room for improvement on the UI design of this product. Please adjust.
