  1. BUG: Opposite symbol on creating the PDF

    Creating a PDF using the PDF-Maker (ACROBAT Pro 2017 WORD Addon) of a DOCX-file (WORD 1016)
    the <greater or equal sign> is changed to the opposite symbol
    the <smaller or equal sign>.

    Hi

    We checked at our end and found that this is a Microsoft Office issue. If you create a PDF by doing Save As > PDF in Microsoft Office, even then this bug happens.
    Please reach out to Microsoft for this problem.

  2. Adding More Signers To A Document

    Inside of "Acrobat Pro DC" => "Prepare Form" => "Convert To Adobe Sign Form" it would be great to be able to add more signers here, just like you can in Adobe Sign. Only having six signatures can be a little limiting at times.

  3. Adobe Acrobat DC Pro crashes at a specific page when click option to edit

    When I open most PDF files to Edit, I have no issue. Have been using it for quite a while without issue, then out of no where the program crashes on a specific page of a flat scanned document. All other documents scanned in the exact same way from before had no issue. So why this specific few? And the problem page is only 1 page in a PDF document of 13 pages. I've tried all the steps of updating, repairing and checking the distiller but none helped. I've got urgent work and no solution for a paid program.

  5. bug with Acrobat Pro DC

    when I export from InDesign to PDF, a fine white line is around the edge of the PDF file. Can't find settings to fix this; it's new as of my updated software. I am on a Mac and use OS Sierra. I use update Adobe software via the cloud. Please look at the photo at the top of the page. Can't seem to eliminate the fine white line.

    We are unable to see any fine white line in the attached PDF with Acrobat DC. Moreover, the PDF seems to be created from InDesign, so if you continue to face this issue, please reach out for help on InDesign forum.

  6. I have had a Samsug"Smart" TV for severl years and am still waiting for you to get Adobe on to thier system. Please pull your finger out!

  7. Mouse pointers have compression artifacts

    Very minor aesthetic issue- mouse pointers have compression artifacts, which is kind of ugly.

  8. BUG - Date Picker doesn't works only for privileged Languages 0189204469

    For some languages the Date Picker is not working (the calendar selector is not active when selecting the field). Reported as 0189204469.

  9. Application Errors

    Getting reports from multiple users that when creating PDF's that the application crashes. THey have dealt with this issue but as work has picked up the issue needs to get resolved. Below are two sets of crash logs from Event Viewer:

  11. make it easier to add alt-text to all parts of a pdf

    The process for adding alt text is rather onerous, especially for pdfs created from jpegs or other image files. It requires typing in all of the text and doesn't provide for an easy way to separate out sections of a pdf, as in a poster with a varied layout, such as a biographical poster with a photo, titles, subtitles, etc.

  12. Problem: Unable to validate serial number printed on CD cover

    I purchased a sealed copy of Adobe Acrobat 11.0 from Ebay. There was no evidence of tampering and the serial number printed on the CD cover cannot be validated. I am disappointed that Adobe is not validating the boxed product.

  15. Circular Form Fields for Text

    As designers, we love to push the envelope. For interactive PDFs, can we have a form field option that is circular. The text is centered within the circle, can handle Auto text sizing, the font can be specified, and the leading/line spacing can be set tighter than the current default.

  17. I'm having an issue where LUTs applied using Lumetri Color, both on an adjustment layer or the clip itself, aren't being applied

    I'm having an issue where LUTs applied using Lumetri Color, both on an adjustment layer or the clip itself, aren't being applied to the Premiere exporter. I can see luts in list but when applied can not be seen in video and get other random crazy colors applied in my video

  20. pan tool changes to selection tool randomly after panning.

    Pan tool is converting to the selection tool after I pan a sheet. I have pan selected; and am panning over images.

    Hi,

    I clearly see your concern here. seems like the hand tool works like this only when the mouse cursor changes to selection cursor first and when a selection( a blue box in your case) is already present and you try to drag when the hand cursor is visible.

    Just click on somewhere else in the pdf so that the blue box goes away and they try and then this works fine.

    Also we havent heard of this issue from more users so i am closing this issue for now.
