  1. I have an Acrobat subscription through my company. I recently renewed my desktop, and Acrobat Pro now opens with the new interface. However, I'm having trouble getting my laptop to open Acrobat Pro with the same new interface. I've searched online and found that I can enable it from the "View" menu, but I can't seem to locate that option. My Acrobat is updated to the latest version, and I’m struggling to find a solution to this frustrating issue.

  2. I'm relieved to know I'm not the only one who hates the AI Assistant which cannot be disabled. AI = Artificial Imbecility! There are other features, however, which I want to get rid of:
    1. Pop-up "Tips" which have nothing to do with what I'm working on or which refer to features I seldom if ever use.
    2. Messages such as: "Send us your feedback."
These messages are distracting, intrusive, and do nothing to help me solve problems or work more efficiently, Please, please give the user back some control over what appears in the window workspace.

  3. Dear Adobe Team,

In Adobe Acrobat Pro 2023, the Organize Pages tool automatically forces the left-hand sidebar (Navigation Pane) to open, and there is currently no option to hide or collapse it while staying in the Organize Pages view. Additionally, the thumbnail sizes within this tool are fixed and cannot be resized.

This significantly reduces usable screen space, especially when working with large documents on smaller monitors. Attempting to close the sidebar (e.g., pressing F4) exits the Organize Pages view entirely, which disrupts workflow and is unintuitive.

    Kindly consider the following improvements:

Allow users to collapse or hide the sidebar…

  4. There is a bug where I am unable to resize the pop-up window if I go Save As > Choose a Different Folder
The pop-up is full-screen and cannot be resized. This is annoying, because I frequently want to see part of the PDF file as I decide on what name to give the file.

  5. I am using Acrobat Desktop on Win 11 and when I search I can not open the documents found. I have tried repairing and reinstalling.

    1) Use search in upper right
    2) click any document to open

  6. The dang AI pop up keeps popping up in front of things I need, I don't know how to read what I need without it popping up in front of it... you make the cursor go away and the pop up goes away, but when you go back because you're trying to highlight something it just pops up again... give it it's own space, not floating in front of the documents. Same can be said for the toolbar... keep it off my document, keep it below or on the side, do not cover the whole reason why I have this…

  7. When saving a PDF file, Acrobat suggests 5 recent destinations (Windows 10 dirs), but 99% of the time they're not clickable. Could you fix?

  8. STOP THESE POP-UPs - I've paid $60 per month so I don't expect annoying pop-ups interupting my use of paid-for products.

  9. I'm using Windows 11, 64-bit. Auto-updated the other day and now I cannot use my cursor, it turns into a large black square. I tried reverting to the prior reader version but I wasn't successful. I tried capturing a screenshot but of course the square disappears with the print screen function.

  10. Please stop showing the tool panel automatically on the right every time I open Adobe reader or any other panel automatically for that matter. This is very irritating unless the user opts that way!

  12. Have a button to completely turn off AI assistant - especially for creative writing. I write and teach poetry and flash fiction, and when students sent me a number of their poems, or when I work on my chapbook of poetry, it infuriates me every time to see the stupid message saying that it's a long document and asking if I want a summary. I DO NOT WANT A SUMMARY OF A COLLECTION OF POETRY. Nor do I want a summary of any of my creative writing materials that I open in Acrobat every day.

  13. Hi Adobe,

We can only move the Acrobat toolbar on single monitor. Can you please arrange it so that it can move on dual monitors?

    Best Regards

  14. When using Acrobat Pro DC on my PC laptop, I can open many PDF tabs. When using my iPhone or iPad, I can only open one. This essentially negates the portability of mobile devices. Please add ability to open multiple PDFs as tabs. Thanks!

  15. It pops up every time a document is opened.

It's so ridiculous that nothing has been done about this yet.

  16. The font used for displaying the file title at the top of the window of Acrobat for Chinese is really ugly! The old version of Acrobat DC uses sans-serif font in title for both Chinese and English, which is beautiful. However, currently, it uses sans-serif font for English but serif for Chinese, and the latter is very ugly.

  18. Kindly advise if it is possible to obtain an Adobe ‘Feature Usage Report’. Specifically, we need visibility into whether users with Adobe Pro licenses are utilizing editing features or only viewing PDF files, in order to better manage licenses and optimize costs.

  19. Stop putting advertising throughout the Adobe suite, and get rid of all the pop-ups that are slowing me down and bloating the software. I pay for a subscription and do not need your horrible "suggestions" - I just want working software. I am sick to death of closing random pop-ups and suggestions I never asked for.

  20. Like every other service, Adobe as well keeps making things increasingly difficult for people who are not neurotypical. Like this new AI button that SCREAMS in the right corner. Because of these kind of features, using these services (of which we pay a great deal for) is getting almost impossible. I really would appreciate the developers to take into account people whose brain simply does not work in a way that ignoring that HUGE colourful button in the corner is possible. Now that it is there, I cannot use Adobe Acrobat anymore without sticking a sticker to my computer screen…
