  1. To compress multiple PST files manually, use Outlook's "Compact Now" feature (File > Account Settings > Data Files > select PST > Settings > Compact Now) for each file one by one. Drawback: Extremely time-consuming for bulk PST files. DRS Softech PST Compress Tool provides a seamless solution with batch compression, allowing multiple PST files to be compressed at once for faster results. It efficiently reduces file size without data loss, supports all Outlook versions, and uses advanced algorithms for optimal performance. Additionally, it offers selective compression and ensures complete data integrity, making it a far superior alternative to manual…

  2. I am coming from Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 and started using Adobe Acrobat Pro Continuous Release (latest and greatest?). My only real complaint is that Pro 2017 would keep the last thumbnail size and panel width when opening new documents. Our office uses Adobe to extract documents using the page thumbnail feature, and now we will have hundreds of employees having to readjust the thumbnail size/panel width for every new document. This is going to add hours of work per day on a feature that Adobe removed for... some reason? Please bring back the feature or add an option in…

  3. Acrobat constantly "forgets" all settings and spams me with notices upon startup. I am very tired of having to go through Preferences and set everything every time it decides to "improve" my experience with further attempts to spam me with AI advertisement.

  4. Toolbar position and snapshot tool:

Guys, whoever authorized the new user interface obviously does not use Acrobat!

The snapshot tool is one of the most commonly used tools, and removing it is simply ridiculous.

Then removing the ability to integrate the floating toolbar to the top or right bars is so annoying. Who wants a toolbar floating over the document they are trying to read?

Very, very disappointed with those user unfriendly changes.

  5. I never use Bookmark ... but here it is every time I start Reader (taking up half of the screen with my document scrunched down accordingly). Not to mention the nav buttons hiding down in the corner on a right-hand tool bar. Are you people mashugana?! It's like you've never seen a Windows nav tool bar (well, before the little morons "ribbonized" things).

    1. How do I get rid of the auto-loading Bookmark panel?

    2. How do I get my nav buttons back into the top tool bar where they belong?

  6. MailConverterTools OST Viewer Software is the best OST file reader software. 8. Once 1 pdf is open, opening other pdfs' has a severe lag, sometimes minutes before 2rd, 3rd, etc. pdf will open.
I need to open multiple pdfs in separate windows and cross analyze them, and after opening the 1st pdf the lag becomes so slow that we are actively looking for other programs besides Adobe for creating/editing pdfs.

  11. The "+ Create" button needs to be removed from the Tab bar and placed onto the Toolbar. I routinely hit the Create button when intending to resize or move the Acrobat window. The only option to hide the button is to disable the new Acrobat, which is ridiculous.

  13. BUG:
In Windows, Ctrl+Backspace erases the word to the LEFT of the caret/text cursor, while Ctrl+Delete erases the word to the RIGHT of the caret.
In Acrobat, if editing a form text field, both shortcuts behave identically, erasing the word to the RIGHT of the caret.

Additionally, in the "Find Text or Tools" box, Ctrl+Backspace does neither action, instead entering an unknown character glyph.

Adobe Acrobat Version 25.1, Windows 10

This isn't an "idea" or a "feature request" it is a BUG REPORT. A cursory web search indicates that cmd+Backspace does the same thing on MacOS, and also is bugged…

  14. Hello Adobe Team,

I use Adobe Acrobat extensively throughout my workday and appreciate the tabbed interface. However, I would love the flexibility to open certain PDFs in new windows while keeping others in tabs within the same window.

Currently, the setting to open PDFs in tabs or new windows is global and requires a restart to change. It would greatly improve the workflow if there were a way to:

Right-click and choose "Open in New Window"

    Or, more preferably:

Use a modifier key (e.g., Shift + Click) to open a file in a new window

    Adding this level of control…

  15. There is a lot of software in the market that helps to backup Yahoo Mail data, but the MailConverterTools Yahoo Backup Tool is the best choice. Using this top-notch utility, users can export Yahoo emails to EML, PST, MBOX, MSG, etc. It also allows users to migrate Yahoo Emails into Gmail, Office 365, G Suite, and IMAP. With its date filter feature, you can choose a specific time range by setting a start and end date to back up only the emails you want. Apart from this, the software is compatible with both Windows and Mac OS.

  17. I would like to suggest adding multilingual search support or built-in translation from English to the OS default language in Acrobat's feature search.

For example, when typing "memo," the search results like those shown in the attached image should appear. This improvement would greatly enhance the user experience by reducing the need to manually switch IME (input method editors) and make searching more seamless and efficient.

    Image Description:
The search box in the image contains the Japanese word "メモ" (memo). The search results displayed include options such as "Add Comment," "Insert Text," and "Attach Audio File," all shown in Japanese.…

  19. SUGGESTION: When opening a file on a Mac from within Acrobat or Reader have Acrobat or Reader permit the open file dialog box show both pdf files and fdf files.

Acrobat and Adobe Reader programmatically declare that the open file dialog box shows only PDF files, and all other formats, including FDF files, are greyed out. This requires the user to first click "Show: “All files” in order to access an FDF file, and for users who may do that frequently it is a pain. I can't think of a good reason to exclude FDF files from the open file…

  20. Observation
If the User navigates to Adobe Acrobat and opens a .pdf and then selects File they will notice, when the menu twirls down, that one of the options is "Export a PDF". However, when the User selects this menu option they will observe that there are 16 separate options for exporting a of which none are an actual PDF.

    Expected Results
When the User navigates to File they should see that the menu, to export a file, says "Export A File"

    Comments
As a secondary note the Acrobat File Menu has zero continuity with regards to sentence case. 'As'…
