  2. For the love of all that is holy, stop with the pop-ups! Now I get a prompt to Edit PDFs every time I open a file. I already have Pro, there's no way to say "stop showing this". Acrobat gets LESS usable with every update. You all should be embarrassed.

  3. Allow users to permanently hide the navigation pane when opening all documents. Allowing uses to set this specific to a certain document is only slightly helpful and only to people that work with the same documents over and over again, allowing for a default setting for all documents makes much more sense

  4. A strong tool for quickly and simply exporting Zimbra emails to PST file format is BLR Zimbra email converter tool, it guarantees data integrity while facilitating the seamless movement of emails, attachments, and metadata. It enables users to preview and save certain emails in PST file format, and it works with all email clients that support Zimbra. For Outlook users, this application makes email migration simple with its user-friendly UI. For a simple and safe email migration process, download the Zimbra to PST Tool. 5. Recently, when I open Adobe, it opens as the left tool menu and an extremely small window, perhaps 1 cm x 2 cm max. First, I can see nothing. Second, it just took me 10 minutes to expand the window because the menu opens over the tool needed to maximize it. This is entirely unacceptable! My time is money, and I pay a licensing fee. Please correct the issue ASAP.

  6. The most recent AI update has caused significant issues with basic document processing functions, such as combining PDFs, opening files, and even moving them between screens. As a workaround, I’ve been viewing documents in preview mode through File Explorer or online, but these methods don’t allow me to make edits or updates.

Tasks that used to take 5–10 minutes are now taking close to an hour, largely because I have to carefully manage the application to prevent it from freezing or crashing. In some cases, I’ve had to manually end the task just to regain functionality.

  8. Remove the "+ Create" button in the top right of tabs. It takes up valuable real estate in the tabs and prevents the application from being moved around the desktop / different monitors. Absolutely useless and should be able to disable the button and reclaim that space and make it easier to move the application around.

  9. I am coming from Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 and started using Adobe Acrobat Pro Continuous Release (latest and greatest?). My only real complaint is that Pro 2017 would keep the last thumbnail size and panel width when opening new documents. Our office uses Adobe to extract documents using the page thumbnail feature, and now we will have hundreds of employees having to readjust the thumbnail size/panel width for every new document. This is going to add hours of work per day on a feature that Adobe removed for... some reason? Please bring back the feature or add an option in…

  10. We created a new Group Name called AdobeProDc in the Admin Console, to which we moved all the users. This group had the Adobe Pro default profile assigned to it.
Upon doing so when users started activating the license at their computer the About screen now just displays 'Adobe Acrobat'. If we were to simply assign the Adobe Pro license directly to a particular user, the About screen displays 'Adobe Acrobat Pro"
This bug or Design is confusing a lot of our users as they are unsure it is Adobe Pro but think it is Adobe Reader. We know it…

  11. I need to edit numerous files at a time, using specific tools. For each document that I access, I have to reselect the tool.

In InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, the tool selection is independent of the file. i.e. if I have the Type Tool selected in InDesign, and create a new document, it remains selected. If I open 50 files, the Type Tool remains selected until I change it to something else.

In Acrobat, the tools revert and do not stay selected, resulting in thousands of clicks a week, just to navigate to the tool I need to use on…

  12. When we have a problem in Acrobat and try to find a solution by modifying a parameter, we go to [Menu] > [Preferences...] and arrive at a panel containing thousands of parameters in dozens of subsections. We have no choice but to browse and read all the parameters one by one, hoping to find something relevant. It may take hours to go through cycles of "Change a parameter/Restart Acrobat/Check/Undo parameter change/Look for another parameter" with the risk of missing the relevant parameter! This is not a tolerable way to propose parameters when there are so many! You need to update…

  13. When the same document is opened in two or more windows, clicking on one window updates the displayed zoom level text in the zoom widget in all windows associated with that document, despite the fact that the zoom level didn't change in other windows. It seems that this value is being updated from a global variable linked to the document. This field/widget should be updated for each window individually. See attached screenshot.

Tested on Adobe Acrobat (64-bit) (25.001.20531) - Brazilian Portuguese, on Windows 10 Pro - Brazilian Portuguese.

  14. There are many improvements in the new Acrobat that are great. If I disable new Acrobat to avoid the things I don't like about new Acrobat, I quickly miss the improvements. Therefore, disabling "new Acrobat" to avoid new design that I don't like is temporary at best because it is inevitable that the "old Acrobat" option will disappear. Here are a few things I would like to see improved in new Acrobat.

It would be nice if the current tab color contrasted more with both the surrounding interface and other open tabs, but that is true in "old Acrobat" as…

  15. The application changes such in a often way, that it is impossible to follow using the most used features, so that the UX gets ruined. Furthermore, even though I managed to avoid updates for some time, it always gets updated, resolving all my blockades. This is awful.

  16. Hello Adobe team,

I noticed an inconsistency on the subscription plan page. Acrobat Standard is shown as offering 25 apps at KD 3.700/month, while Acrobat Pro (KD 5.600/month) shows 20 apps, and Acrobat Pro + Stock (KD 12.700/month) shows 14 apps.

However, when counting visible desktop and web apps, Pro and Pro + Stock actually include more. All plans also display shared Creative Cloud services (like Behance and Fonts), but it’s unclear if they’re included in the totals.

This creates confusion and can mislead users comparing value. Please clarify how the app count is calculated and ensure consistency between plan…

  17. In Adobe Acrobat, when clicking on tabs, the entire tab area — including the upper edge — should be clickable so that switching to the selected tab works smoothly. However, in the current state, clicking on the very top part of a tab behaves like interacting with the window's title bar instead of the tab itself. This makes it difficult to switch tabs properly and negatively impacts the user experience.
