  1. I only have the option to save. Where's the save as? There's no 'file' drop down menu. I only see Home and Tools. And underneath this there's a save button, but I want a save as button.

  2. Making possible to rearange pages in pdf. Making it from page 1 to 182 to 182 - 1. As in japanese books that are read from the "back". So just flip the whole bunch of pages in one click.

  3. For some reason, after many years of working with Acrobat Pro, they removed the photo snap shot option. This was extremely valuable when you just want a section copied and pasted in to a Word document. Now, there is no way of doing it. I now use the Windows SnipIt to get what I want. The other way is to export the page, crop it, then save it. I purchase the full Adobe suite at several hundred dollars a month and this is a good deal breaker. Why purchase the program when the standard free version and SnipIt can do…

  4. This only happens on one of the pages within the pdf file. I open Edit pdf; click the Add text button; position my cursor anywhere on the first page of my pdf document; then when I type text I can see the cursor moving as if there is text being typed, but it is not visible. The color is set to black.

If I do the same process, but on the second page for example, the text is visible.

    Thanks.

  5. Highlights bug after toggling out of EDIT PDF:
My highlights, which were horizontal, suddenly became vertical when I exited EDIT PDF mode. Highlights were made prior to entering EDIT PDF mode. I am doing this work as an expert witness on a federal case, and cannot afford to have errors like this in my report.

  6. It would be very Helpful if Adobe would address this issue with being able to set the zoom level of the hyperlinks within the pdf document to inherit zoom as a default setting. As explained by others it is a real pain to have to change all the hyperlinks in the document 1 at a time to accomplish a "inherit zoom" setting in a large pdf document that can have hundreds of hyperlinks. Using inherit zoom is a document standard that is required in many industries, so it is not just a preference that I personally prefer. I must use…

  9. I would like the font selectors in adobe products to be more like a search menu, the code for doing "Live Search" is very simple so if i type "ari" all arial fonts will show up in the short list.

  10. It does not seem possible to edit Portfolio's metadata it gathers when converting outlook PST files. The From, To, CC, and BCC fields may contain confidential email addresses under Texas law, and there does not appear to be a way to remove/edit/redact that metadata. Currently, we must extract the PDFs from Portfolio and then re-combine them. However, when doing so, we lose the order of the emails unless more manual labor is used, since the date of each email is also lost. Being able to remove/edit/redact confidential email addresses would make a huge positive impact on governmental entities being able…

  11. It would be very useful if Adobe allowed files to be merged with alternating pages. E.G Odd numbered pages scanned by a single sided scanner saved as file 1. Even numbered pages scanned by same single sided scanner saved as file 2. Combine File 1 with file 2, with alternating pages taken from each file i.e. File1Page1 + File2Page1 + File1Page2 + File2Page2.....

  15. With Adobe Cloud Integration, we are able to one click to edit and save changes to PDFs directly back to SharePoint libraries. However, there is no way for us to programmatically create these links. This means that I can't create a hyperlink in any SharePoint provider hosted add-ins, and users are forced to click multiple times in order to make changes to to PDFs that are stored in SharePoint libraries. Further worsening the problem, if the user opens the PDF in the Adobe browser extension it saves a copy to their Adobe Document cloud instead of back to the SharePoint…

  16. Creating a web link inside a pdf and the underline setting works while in the Acrobat app but once you save and open in Mac preview it shows up as a rectangle. Color effect is correct at least. I also tried opening in Chrome and no rectangle or underline although the link feature still works.

  17. We create patterns for sewing and want to put a multi-page pattern in A4 format for each size on one layer. A document sometimes contains up to 80 pages per clothing size. A pattern has in the cut up to 11 sizes.

Wish: The document should be able to be placed on a layer with one click. Until now, each page has to be assigned individually! to the respective target page of the respective layer - we are talking about 880 pages that have to be assigned manually.

  18. The default behavior of Acrobat DC when pasting text boxes, images, and other items is to paste the object in the center of your screen.

This is not desirable in some situations, as it requires you to move your mouse to the center of the screen to grab the object then move it to where you just had your mouse, which is where the object should have been pasted to begin with. This is especially true when dealing with detailed documents and/or drawings where moving the mouse from its location makes it difficult to align correctly to the existing elements.

  20. I found that editing in the new version makes PDF very slow and frustrating. When adding a straight line I have to drag from left and right to get a suitable line length that is needed.

Just give users a straight line with one click they can drag its length.
