  2. I have a full Acrobat Pro subscription. I use Acrobat all the time to create / edit / file documents. Occasionally before, and more often lately I open a PDF file, only to have my Acrobat app (installed on my laptop running Windows 10) say that "upgrade to access that function" implying that I don't have a subscription.   5. When I create new dynamic stamps in Acrobat, Creative Cloud then thinks I'm using more than 2 copies of all my CC apps. Every time I launch Acrobat (or other CC Apps), a warning dialog opens informing me that I can only have apps stored on 2 computers with my license. I need to click Learn More, visit Adobe's Web site, dismiss the browser, and return to Acrobat to continue using the Program. This behavior I have experienced on Mac OS Sonoma (14.1.2).

  6. There are several options available to reset your ProtonMail password. However, the process should be completed with due regard for security features. Forwarding email actually, spyware is built into ProtonMail since it uses E2E encryption. Therefore, when you initiate a password reset, you should not expect to access any previously retrieved AntiYahoo Email Login messages.   7. For accounts with two-factor authentication (2FA), if you don’t have your phone, you can recover your Google account using a backup 2FA method like a registered secondary device or security key. Once verified, follow the steps to reset your password securely.

  8. Version 24.1 is Broken. It has crashed 9 times today. This happens when scrolling documents, tabbing into documents and even when opening documents. I am not even using any of the special features. This is ruining my workflow and honestly am about to look for an alternative PDF program.

    Please give us the option to use older versions of apps like other programs do in the CC. So I can have a functioning version of the app. It was working fine before the update.

We use non-persistent Citrix servers for our infrastructure and when we update 64-bit versions of Adobe Pro DC, we are having to go into the registry and redo the keys that allow for multiple users /shared devices. This is only happening to 64-bit installs and seems to have started back on the August planned update. This seems like a bug since 32-bit versions of Adobe are unchanged after updating.     we need a way to use a command line to update Adobe pro unified version as well as the creative cloud app.

    i.e. AdobeApps.exe /UpdateAll

    it should then go to the web, download the patches needed to update whatever is installed and make SURE its the latest version. Right now it doesnt do this by default!

    So some users have older versions depending on what installer was used. Please fix this.

My Previous Company gave me Adobe Premium Acess now that that i don't have access to it anymore I am not even able to use adobe PDF viewer it asks me to buy premium and closes full software I need this to be fixed or else I will quit using adobe Acrobat this behaviour of the software is irritating

When Acrobat is initialized (or just now when a popup presents "new Acrobat" settings, for AI I believe), if the suggested settings are not accepted and the user goes in and selects a document display size, that size is fixed permanently for whenever a document is opened. This can't even be changed by going into general (global) Preferences in the software. This thus presents a problem that can only be resolved by deleting the preference setting key in the Registry and thus reinstall the master preferences.   18. Further to Case ID: E-001161228 - "You do not have access to this feature. Please contact your IT Admin for more details" When users want to perform a task which requires an Acrobat License a dialog box is shown which says "You do not have access to this feature. Please contact your IT Admin for more details." This is prompting users who have Acrobat licenses to contact our helpdesk asking why they have lost access.   19. Unify the product installation so that the same installer provides Standard, Pro, and Reader functionality based on a feature switch. Even better, include all Acrobat licenses including Reader in the licensing portal so that all users can be mapped to the appropriate product level. All users should have an Adobe login and the product should simply adapt to the appropriate license feature based on the login.

  20. Why did i sign up for acrobat pro. Since i signed up there has been an "Update to key features" that hasn't stopped and now I can't even use the application as originally intended. Will be cancelling and using another program if i cant get it fixed
