Additional Notification options for Fill & Sign
Need option to send notifications to a cell phone number or to a email address other than the one used to send the sign request document to.
Need the option to repeat notification more than once a day ... once a day is the smallest interval allowed for notifications. ... if the document needs to be signed before EOD then I may need to repeat the notification hourly......

Allow Digital Signatures before and after requesting Fill & Sign signatures
For regulatory reasons, we are using token-based digital signatures with embedded (time server) timestamps to sign PDF files.
When using Fill & Sign to request external signatures, we need to be able to:
(1) digitally sign the PDF document (using our tokens) before it gets sent out, without the signature being discarded by the Adobe Sign service, and
(2) digitally sign the PDF document (using our tokens) again, after all signatures have been collectedI was very surprised that this was not possible.

Workgroup email addresses should notify that given email
When using Adobe from a workgroup email. Adobe should allow notifications to go to that workgroup email.
For example, we have 3 users who are connected to a workgroup email Compliance@agencyname.com (it's a shared inbox)
We requested and CC'd signature requests to that email, but no notification was sent to that email address.1 vote -

Changing Allocated Signatories
I have had a number of issues where the third or fourth person allocated to sign an agreement have left and their emails are not accessible.
I propose an option that the initiator of a document be permitted to change details of a party to sign without having to cancel the entire agreement and redo it, especially as this requires the first few to have to redo the agreement, and in some cases they are onerous to have to complete many fields again.

please allow user to delete signed agreement
i have signed a PDF document in Acrobat. It was save in the app itself and i can't delete it. it is a P&C document and it is not making sense that user can't remove the agreement
it is not safe to use adobe acrobat to sign an important document.
i talked to the customer supoort and was told it is impossible to remove it.the only way is to hide it which is kinda ridiculous.
please help and improve.

Signing in
Every few days I have to sign into acrobat before continuing. It texts my phone and then I have to put my password in. Really? This is completely over the top and no other services do this. It is a waste of my time and really frustrating - can you let me know if there is a way to ensure I stay signed in please

I wish there was a way to seamlessly access your Adobe Sign Templates from the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Desktop App. That way users will have a much easier time accessing it.

Text Formatting in Webforms
When webforms are created, using adobe sign, there should be option to allow rich text formatting so that users can edit font types and functions like Bold, Underline, Italics. Also the font type on webform is limited to just 6 and often does not match the other pre printed text on the document
Additionally, users should be able to paste objects or tables in webforms.

reminders from within the app
You should be able to set up reminders for documents you send out for signatures within the app, right after sending the document, like you are able to do in the browser.

download all or multiple agreements at once
I haven't found a way to be able to download more than one agreement at a time in Acrobat Pro. I can download multiple documents at a time but not agreements? Seems strange that this isn't built in. Support wasn't able to help.

Certsign in the Allowed Cloud Signature Provider list
Please add CERTSIGN SA in the Allowed Cloud Signature Provider list in settings for Adobe Sign.
CERTSIGN SA is part of the Cloud Signature Consortium but cannot be used to sign using a cloud signature with Adobe Sign

When multiple signers: Make a setting to set default that all signers receive doc at once
Hello, when sending a document to multiple people, if you want the document to be sent to both signers at once you need to toggle "send in any order"
is there a way to set a setting in the account to always send to all people without having to manually select that. its pretty annoying and we always forget and then the second person has to wait until the first person signs before even receiving an email requesting signatures.1 vote -

Windows Cyrptographic Service Provider Reported an Error
Created a Word docx and clicked "Create and Share Adobe PDF." Unable to enter password (box automatically greys out and cannot type). Cancelling provokes this error code: 2148073488. This is a recurring issue every time I use "Create and Share Adobe PDF" and try to digitally sign using a work certificate. Workaround has been closing and reopening the PDF to sign. Please address.

You changed the font in Adobe Sign, it's very hard to read now
In the latest update to Adobe sign, you've done something to the document processing font. It's now very hard to read. Not everyone who uses this software has 20/20 vision. Please use a bolder more legible font (or return it to the previous font being used, which was fine).

Enable the facility to allow forms to accept backing file upload by signers
When on-boarding new customers, it is required to receive backing data for identification purposes as part of anti-money laundering requirements. Currently, this is not allowable via the Adobe Sign service when requiring a form to have a signature. It would be extremely useful for this to be available within the financial services sector and I am sure many other service organisations. Should you require further clarity, I am more than happy to assist.
