I need help solving an issue with my desktop application. When trying to tun the Adobe Sign, all documents get rename as About:blank
is someone else having this bug?

Notification of Admin role changes
Changes to admin role of a user for a particular product should cause a notification to a wider group of administrators.
This is because for product Adobe sign there are two admin roles - Admin and Privacy Admin.
Any admin can raise their permissions to privacy admin (which can read all docs in the account) and there is no wider notification.This is also not logged in the audit log - so there is no way to track this at all.
Given that adobe sign contains sensitive information (HR is a big user) this is not good from any role…1 vote -

I wish we were somehow clearly informed on new features.
I wasn't sure why the recipients were not signing on the order I set. Only after quite a few contracts sent out and lots of trouble, I saw a new checkbox o top of the page. Also the new features are not very intuitive, Lot of improvement required.

File-uploads overlay UI-elements and can not be sorted in classic experience
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Open "Send"-tab in Adobe Sign
2. Use the classic experience
3. Upload about 10 to 15 files

lost requests for e-signatures
Allow users to save documents with signatures, initials etc requested.
For the 3rd time in the past month I've requested multiple e-signatures and/or initials on contract documents. My clients have completed the signature process but when I get the document back some signatures or initials are missing.
I sent a document out last night and TRIPLE CHECKED it to make sure I requested all the signatures and initials. The document came back to me incomplete. I just spent 2 hours trying to correct this problem including 73 minutes on the phone with customer support. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THAT ADOBE…

Adobe Sign Default Signer Fields
I am often routing contracts prepared by another employee for signatures. When I use 'Request E-signatures', Adobe automatically detects form fields, including fields that have already been completed and should not be edited by any of the signers.
Currently, I have to right-click on each form field and manually change 'Assigned To' from the dropdown list to myself/(prefill). Why is there not an option to set a default for the 'Assigned To' field or allow users to change multiple form fields simultaneously?

Tab order in Adobe Webforms
Please would you arrange an urgent fix for the tab order to be amended and therefore sequential when creating web forms? Web forms is a new feature but this is a fundamental flaw which needs to be addressed urgently. What is the point in having an easy to access fillable, signable form via weblink if it doens't tab in the correct order for the user? Please?

FIX THIS PROBLEM (ADOBE SIGN)
This ux is super complicated to use. Referring to adobe sign. When creating a template, you cannot create from an existing signed agreement or copy old templates. Another HUGE issue is that once you have added a second or third participant it can never be removed from the template. I added it on accident and just now can never go back to the old way i had it

Product downgraded
Since 2020, I used ADOBE PRO, previously installed on my laptop with a subscription. After this year's renewal, the app didn't accept my log in, and after reaching out to customer service, I ended up with an ADOBE READER. That is what the person said my subscription was good for. BUYER BEWARE! Now, I need to pay to upgrade my product to ADOBE PRO. Shame on you, ADOBE.

iOS FEATURE - ESIGN CERTIFICATE
Good evening, in a few words I tried to share this feature on iOS app but it showed me an issue while I was sending the mail. So, I'd like to have the opportunity to add an esign certificate on a document like I do on the desktop app. Sometimes I need to sign a document so fast and I don't have the time to open my laptop or simply because I forgot that.

Cancel agreement default message
When cancelling an agreement, the message from Adobe sign to the recipients states that "the document has been deleted from all parties Adobe Acrobat Sign accounts" but we have found this to be incorrect. This message should be modified and not state that the documents have been deleted. We want the canceled agreements to be available to recipients still.

Why does the Request E-signatures feature time out?
I just wasted about half an hour of my life carefully positioning initials and signature boxes on a 13-page real estate document for a couple of clients to sign, only to have Adobe Acrobat "time out" and discard all my work. What is the thinking behind having a feature in an application time out for lack of attention and automatically discard work after an hour of inactivity? How is this helpful in any way?

Acrobat Pro, turning off reminders
Please make the "Cancel Reminders" option more intuitive for users. Currently, a single user does not have immediate access to the Manage page. Turning off a simple reminder should be easily accessible directly from the "Reminders" page, not just the Manage page. Additionally, if a document is out for signature, users should still be able to turn off the reminder without having to wait for the signature or cancel the document altogether.

Sometimes there are 4-5 people that need to read/sign a document and each page requires initials of all parties.
The process of placing an initial tag in the footer for each signer is tedious and repetitive. It's actually a very useless task.
Automate placing initials on each page based on the list of signers.

User chooses Yes, it will place an initials tag for each signer at the bottom of the page in the Footer section or a designated area.

Date
After the new layout in Adobe Sign, the date format required has become too strict, only accepting dates in the format "14-Jun-2024." This can confuse new (and existing) users since there's no guidance on the expected format—just an error message indicating the format is wrong without further details. I'm experiencing this issue on Adobe Sign through a web browser.
I use Adobe Sign with clients, so it is a recurring issue that I need to explain often.
