  1. I can no longer share via link, create a link, or send via e-mail. It's always been "buggy" to put it mildly...but now nothing.
    so to be clear...
    I have a fast connection 50 plus down 20 plus up...
    no e-mail issues - i use outlook
    I have re-started...yes
    re-paired install...check
    same issue regardless of file size
    I use this feature like many others countless times per day...
    now I print a pdf...attach it to an e-mail & send it, if i have to do that what do i need adobe for? about 2 dozen other programs much cheaper i…

  2. When I share a PDF that was outputted with two up - cover page, it only shows on the share as single pages.

    This is a real shame.

  3. I work with a government agency that will only accept PDF's that are sent through the GUI button at the bottom of the pdf. They do not allow email attachments of the pdf. A few months ago the GUI feature no longer worked and I can only send as an attachment, which gets rejected. I am stuck here, any ideas?

  4. Adobe has such band behavior. Always trying to force users to use its own email or go through its own system. It should be easy to click a button and either save to my desktop, or dropbox without having to go through several menus. Same with email, there should be a simple button to send a copy of document through my own email of my own preference. Very annoying and very childish and insecure culture at Adobe

  5. I've recently had Acrobat DC installed so that I could use the collaborative cloud sharing features to simplify the collection of signatures for document approvals. I've been unable to share any document. The software does not allow me to sign in. I appear as signed in when I look at the help menu but when I try to share a document it asks me to sign in again. I click on "sign in" and no other prompts or windows open. It's like the button isn't working.

  7. I never use deadlines for shared reviews, so the 14-day default is a nuisance. I often forget to change it to None (3 extra clicks for nothing) and then have to go back and change it when reviewers complain review is locked - more time wasted.

    Please give us the option to have None as the default. It's the obvious default.

  10. I'm collaborating on an article with a colleague in Dropbox Paper, but when I save the document to PDF, the Paper comments are not included in the PDF file. Co-editing in Paper is easier in Paper than Acrobat, so I would like to continue using Paper. However, losing the comments in the PDF file is an issue.

  11. Adobe has gotten carried away with their fees - product defects need to be repaired. there has to be a better way to contact and get immediate solutions to problems for this kind of money. shared file acknowledgements does not work. I sent to several people that have opened and sent me email feedback. The email still appears as "Not Opened"- this is nonsense.

  13. It would be nice to be able to add and remove folders under Home\Files. Having My Computer, Document Cloud, and my One Drive account is great. However my work is project based and it would be nice to easily access certain folders then remove them when the project is finished.

  14. None of the fixes or downloads work to enable the single-click email like there was in the older versions. The link in https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/send-email-attachment.html requires too many permissions and my company won't let me download it. PLEASE JUST CHANGE IT BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS!

    Could you please use the following registry file to switch to older email experience:
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\FeatureLockDown]
    “bSendMailShareRedirection”=dword:00000000

  16. The version I currently have does not allow me to access other programs like Outlook or other Adobe files while I am creating an email directly from Adobe. I need to either complete and send the email I started or cancel out of it. This is a very ineffective glitch adobe offers. This reduces the effectiveness of my tasks. Being that I use the Adobe program at a high rate, I would like to see this changed.

  17. I have a client who requires 3 separate pdf attachments for payment: my invoice, their purchase order and a signed proof of delivery. This is impossible in the cuurrent version of Acrobat Pro.

  18. the recent update in October 2019 removed the multi-file sharing option which seriously decreased the convenience of Adobe Acrobat for our office. We are all very upset about the removal of this. we now need to utilize 3rd party file sharing services and we no longer need to subscribe as many account due to the removal.

    please bring it back ASAP?

  20. Sendmail doesn't recognize mail on Mac. Also tried using the webmail function and I get a error with it
