  1. I never use deadlines for shared reviews, so the 14-day default is a nuisance. I often forget to change it to None (3 extra clicks for nothing) and then have to go back and change it when reviewers complain review is locked - more time wasted.

    Please give us the option to have None as the default. It's the obvious default.

  4. I'm collaborating on an article with a colleague in Dropbox Paper, but when I save the document to PDF, the Paper comments are not included in the PDF file. Co-editing in Paper is easier in Paper than Acrobat, so I would like to continue using Paper. However, losing the comments in the PDF file is an issue.

  5. Adobe has gotten carried away with their fees - product defects need to be repaired. there has to be a better way to contact and get immediate solutions to problems for this kind of money. shared file acknowledgements does not work. I sent to several people that have opened and sent me email feedback. The email still appears as "Not Opened"- this is nonsense.

  6. I tried pasting snapshot from another file for reference on Shared Review pdf but it shows only on my screen and disappears when I close the review page.

  7. It would be nice to be able to add and remove folders under Home\Files. Having My Computer, Document Cloud, and my One Drive account is great. However my work is project based and it would be nice to easily access certain folders then remove them when the project is finished.

  8. None of the fixes or downloads work to enable the single-click email like there was in the older versions. The link in https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/send-email-attachment.html requires too many permissions and my company won't let me download it. PLEASE JUST CHANGE IT BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS!

    Could you please use the following registry file to switch to older email experience:
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\FeatureLockDown]
    “bSendMailShareRedirection”=dword:00000000

  10. The version I currently have does not allow me to access other programs like Outlook or other Adobe files while I am creating an email directly from Adobe. I need to either complete and send the email I started or cancel out of it. This is a very ineffective glitch adobe offers. This reduces the effectiveness of my tasks. Being that I use the Adobe program at a high rate, I would like to see this changed.

  11. I have a client who requires 3 separate pdf attachments for payment: my invoice, their purchase order and a signed proof of delivery. This is impossible in the cuurrent version of Acrobat Pro.

  12. the recent update in October 2019 removed the multi-file sharing option which seriously decreased the convenience of Adobe Acrobat for our office. We are all very upset about the removal of this. we now need to utilize 3rd party file sharing services and we no longer need to subscribe as many account due to the removal.

    please bring it back ASAP?

Spent hours on a document, saved it, emailed it and the recipient received the unedited document, I’ve been using Adobe products Acrobat Pro, Pro DC for years, at home on my personal account and at workand haven’t run into this issue with outlook before last week (that I’m aware of). Twice now this has occurred in the last week, I have to save as an optimized file for changes to stick... help!! Has anyone else experienced this???

    Acrobat Pro DC using Outlook 365 at my office is where and how this happened.

  16. The new Send for Review option opens a window that blocks the PDF that I am attempting to send. When I select the send with outlook option, the window does not minimize or disappears. I need to be able to read my PDF to write a reference in my email which i am unable to do with this new feature. I will be contacting my IT department to see if i can use an earlier version so i can see the document i am attempting to send via outlook.

    Can we correct the window to not obstruct the PDF?

  18. Description of my problem: In my company, we share pdfs through an internal network and provide locations for others to find the pdfs. When I create a design (eg. in Photoshop, Indesign, etc) and export it to a pdf, I share the location of the pdf to our marketing team to review. That means 3 - 7 people at a time are opening and viewing the pdf and some give me feedback via email on what changes to make.   19. I got a weird error message saying that my review could not be started because my comments had too many characters. The longest comment in my document has 156 characters, nowhere near the 1000 character limit my document supposedly hit.
