  3. When I try to add signature fields to drawings on their own on drawings appended in other documents, Adobe bombs out and stops working / responding. I have a Adobe account for the specific purpose of using this functionality. It worked the first time but not once after that. Not sure what to do at this stage.

  4. The TYPE TEXT tool in the 'fill in forms' menu does not always format well when pasting text in. The text box exceeds the page size, text does not wrap, box is not editable, as far as I can tell. It might be the difference of copying from email vs. Word, which seems to work fine. In the old Acrobat I used this tool extensively rather than a comment box which is not always appropriate. I think it was just called a text box in the old version.

  6. please add the ability to close the "At least one signature is invalid" message. It's a bit annoying that you can't close the notification so its permanently there

  7. I want the fill fields to have border option to include an underscore only rather than the whole box border. It would be nice to choose thickness and color like the full border, but have the stroke just on the bottom.
    The sample picture shows the 'Father' line beneath the fill field with no color on fill and border. The 'Amount' line is covered by a fill field in a white color, no color on the border. I'd like to have a transparent fill on the field with the bottom line as a border option which includes thickness, and color…

  8. Without the E-sign side menu open, I cannot enter by clicking into a field. It turns it blue and cannot type. (see attached screenshot)
    I contacted tech support and they said to choose "All Tools" and "Fill & Sign" - that allows typing into the field by clicking into it, but now that E-Sign menu eats up a large portion of my screen. (see other attached screenshot).
    This is very inconvenient to be forced into having that side panel open. I wish you would change it back to the way it was.

  9. This is more of a complaint. This new e-signatures feature you all put in for the PDFs has messed up the ability to enter information into fill sections. I can't change the information in the fill sections anymore.

    Overall, could you all just stop messing with stuff for a little while and let us get used to whats already there? You all have added so many new features and stuff that it's becoming convoluted. Just stop. Ya'll doing too much.

  11. It would be great if you had a document (medical form) where you have the person's name at the top of each form and it allowed you to auto-generate their name at the top of each page. This could also include date of birth, date, time, or patient ID. In other words, allow you to have a header/footer for your template.

  12. After openening a document to sign on Adobe Acrobat and clicking on Fill&Sign, my signatures that I created long ago and have used many times were just gone, the only options are to create new ones. I created the existing ones on another laptop long ago for which I had a pen and could create good looking signatures, I don't have those tools anymore.

    I tried restarting the app which had the same issue. Then I signed out of my Adobe account and logged back in (within the Adobe Acrobat app) and that made no difference. I logged in online…

  13. When having multiple signatures, some of these signers may have administrators that manage their documents, and must be CC'd in. This functionality requires each each CC to be custom per person. I want my contracts to to be CC'd in when its flowing around my business, however I do not want the client CC'd in when we are signing.

    Also, when you click the "choose where to sign" button the loading screen says "Submitting", it makes me feel like i've accidentally pressed Request E-Sign - this should be updated to "Loading"

  14. Hi,
    When I insert a field for the date, and then click the field to completed it in the signature email, their is an error message. I tried 2 king of format and that doesn't work. Please see the attached documents.
    Is anyone know how to fix this?

  15. The latest update to the e-signature feature lacks the ability to automatically replicate the 'initial' field across all pages. This functionality was readily available in the previous version with a simple button click. The absence of this feature renders the e-signature process highly inefficient for businesses, as it now necessitates the manual insertion of initials on each page.

  16. When I get to the e-signatures, I enter the emails and click for the next step.....it starts to download the document and stalls at 72% and won't go any further. What is wrong and how can I fix it?

    I'm using Adobe Pro which I just got and not sure how to use it yet.

  17. Whenever a person is completing Fill & Sign and the document comes back to me, some of the information is cut off. Is there a way to make the field adjust to the text to a legible size? I didn't have this issue before the update. Thanks.

  18. I pay for the Adobe CC. I love all the apps but Acrobat, which is now unusable. Not because I can't figure out the interface, but because the program is so buggy as to
    be essentially unusable. Just trying to type text in a text box causes everything to go haywire and suddenly part of the text I've been typing at the bottom of the document appears all over in random places on the other pages of the document. Sometimes as I'm typing it stops working altogether and I can no longer access the text box. It will even crash…

  19. It used to be a free feature to insert a signature image. I understand the E-signature being a premium service. But I have to pay to insert my own image to a document. If this feature can't come back, I have no reason to use Adobe. I can not use that feature and not have to have an extra program on my computer. Especially, if I am going to have to use something else for that feature anyway.

  20. Disabled on IRS forms - I signed up for the 7 day trial - NOTHING WORKS. Installation of adobe acrobat is always problematic. Every time I try it is an ordeal. We need installs that actually work. I don't want to be constantly bombarded with marketing. I want to be able to find the website where I can cancel this trial and remove my credit card from your company forever. No words can express how fed up I am with apps that constantly hang and features that are not enabled. This product has been a mess for the past few…
