1. Gmail smtp not working

   GMAIL SMTP error: error sending email
   Generally, the email sending error occurs when debugging leads to the following error:
   The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The response from the server was: 5.5.1 Authentication is required in ASP.Net application.
   Therefore, this article will cover the common solutions that can solve the problem.

   1. Incorrect Gmail username or password
      You must first check if the username and password provided are correct.
      Although Gmail allows you to log in with the username instead of completing the email, when sending an email through the code, you must pass the full email address as the username.

   2. SSL configuration
      Gmail uses a secure channel to send emails and you must enable SSL security when sending emails through your application.
      In .Net, it can be enabled by setting the EnableSsl setting of the SmtpClient to True. For more information, see my article Sending Email Using Gmail's SMTP Mail Server on ASP.Net.

   3. Less secure application settings
      If you are sure that your username and password are correct, but you are still getting errors, it means that Gmail has locked your app.
      And in such case, you will receive an email similar to the one shown below.
      Once you visit the link, you need to modify the settings for the less secure applications and enable access to the less secure applications as shown below.

   4. Application location
      If solutions n. 1, n. 2 and n. 3 does not work for you, then it could be the problem with the location of the application accessing the Gmail account.
      Gmail makes sure that your account is not accessed from another country or geographic location that is far from your usual location, that is, your city when you live and access Gmail on a daily basis.
      Generally, the servers are not present in the same country or city where we live, and therefore when you host your website on that server and try to send an email from your application, you may receive an error.
      Therefore, to solve it, you will need to open the browser on the server and log in to Gmail. This makes Gmail understand that the server and its IP address belong to you and will allow you to send emails through its application.

3. From within an Open PDF, 'File Menu' option to OPEN WITH another adobe App (AI, PSD).

   As a designer "artist of such" ;), I frequently view provided to client Pdf's of my work. Last minute scans, tweaking (typically layered AI to pdf files w/outlines are created, I know "source file" but I am okay with moving forward with the shared file, so to open it directly would be turnkey for some of my minor adjusting and work. Even an open with where I search down my source if preferred, keeps me within the family of products (there could be hierarchy issues with the OS I would imagine though. I am slightly aware, chose a different road.

   If this is already a functionality in some other menu area, my apologies. I can't get through the wrong searches for the right answer(s), or good one at the least. Again, I can easily open with from the program of choice. I can get buried in pDF's though.

5. Document Language translation and conversion

   Acrobat DC doesn't have the language translation and conversion of document as required language.
   Ex: German document to be translated English/any other language . Presently translation is done by online source or scan/edit text by google translate.
   Better if Acrobat built this option for both translate and conversion pdf document for language.

6. STOP POP-UPS opening advertising acrobat features after document is opened

   After I open a pdf, A pop-up appears to "advertise' some particular feature such as 'fill & sign' for example. This is EXTREMELY ANNOYING. Also highly UNPROFESSIONAL as occurs during a potential client presentation.
   Please DISABLE THIS IMMEDIATELY. We pay for the product - NOT for ADOBE advertise itself during my time.

7. Automatic Bookmarking for downloaded files

   I download quite a few PDF files, typically ordinances/statutes/other regulations. Many files are quite long. Is it possible to automatically bookmark the chapter headings/articles/sections/subsections/etc? If not, it would be a very, very attractive feature to add. Even if it requires a few clicks to get the settings right. I'm sure adapting some of the redact features for this purpose would not be too big a stretch for the developers. Maybe?

10. Save in Recent Selected Folders

    In past versions of Adobe, if I was saving multiple documents, the program would remember the last folder I saved the document to, so it would automatically go to that folder when saving another document. At the moment, it will only open temporary files and I will have to waste time clicking around to find the correct folder that I want to save the document to. There needs to be an update to allow the flexibility to save documents to the last folder selected.

    Thanks for providing your feedback. The last folders where you have saved your previous files should get listed under the My computer section of the Save As dialog.

    Can you please share the snapshot of your Save As dialog?

    I can view all users and license status. I need a way to view the last activity date of users. I want to know who is not using the license assigned to them.

12. Option to keep Acroabt in Full Screen Mode when opening multiple pdf's

    Please please add the option to keep acrobat in full screen mode when opening multiple pdf's whilst using 2 monitors. I can open 1 pdf in full screen mode, as soon as I open another pdf acrobat automatically exits full screen mode and I have to re-enable every time.

13. Measure in both feet and inches

    Currently when measuring in a PDF, Acrobat only gives the measure measurement in feet (i.e. 20.5 feet). It would be nice if Acrobat, in lieu of providing the measurement in a fraction of a foot, used a combination of both feet and inches (i.e. 20 feet 6 inches).

14. Adobe reader DC FileMaker Claris (webpreview) wont work

    Filemaker container PDF preview doen't work on WIndows 10
    After windows 10 instal update KB5003637, container preview doen't work.
    This problem persist about 3 weeks.

15. copy and paste on chinese fonts

    Dear Support,

    In Mac version Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (ver: 2021.005.20048), open pdf file and copy Chinese fonts and paste to notepad, it will lose some fonts. I try to remove this version and install old version (2021.001.20155), it have not any problem. Can help to check it?

16. bookmarks that can be copied and pasted

    In the regulatory field for medical devices or pharmaceuticals; we often have to create documents which refer to the many ISO regulations, etc. copying and pasting the bookmarks in their entirety, and in one go, would save these people a significant amount of time and be yet another reason why adobe should be considered over competitors

17. Provide 64-bit acrobat option

    Even with 32gb of RAM, 64-bit windows 10 O/S, and i9 processor, it is difficult to open a 150 page pdf file with 36"x48" sheets of drawings. We get the out of memory error all the time or the pages are blank.

18. Ineffeciency of update

    A week or so ago, I went to prepare Adobe documents as per usual. Apparently an update was done. This update has severely slowed down my productivity. When I combine pages to create a document, I have to wait for Adobe to recognize the pages. Once that happens, I have to click on "save". Then I'm required to re-name the document (click and drag over the name given by Adobe) and click "save". Previously I could name the document while it was merging and could hit my enter button on the keyboard instead of having to use the mouse to click the option to save. I'm estimating I'm losing 30 minutes of productivity on a busy day due to this.
