When you export an interactive PDF from InDesign, form fields that define a font and size do not carry over to the actual PDF and have to be redefined in Acrobat Pro.

Agree wholeheartedly. This is an infuriating hassle with Acrobat - having to redefine EVERY bloody field all over again each time a change is made in the InDesign original.
