WHY do I keep getting pop up ads for a free trial of document cloud on our PAID version of Acrobat Pro??

Here's an idea. How about NOT having pop-up ads for a free version of Document Cloud on PAID versions of Acrobat Pro?

I agree. Every time I open it, I get a splash ad telling me to try some other aspect of it that I don't want or need. Get lost.

Thanks for reporting this issue. We will look into this on priority.
Can you please let us know what kind of license do you have for Acrobat DC a subscription or a perpetual license.
Is your Acrobat prompts that it is about to expire? Can you please share a screen shot of what message you are getting.
