[Bug] resize legends and annotation text box is very buggy
- Add a legend text box on a static page (the red boxes you find in the comment section)
- Try to resize the text box
- You'll find that the icons are not accurate : they change very quickly from "resize cursor" to "move cursor" to the little arrow, and it is very difficult to resize or even move the box.
Environment : Mac OS 10.11.6 Acrobat 11.0.22

It has been 5 years since this issue was brought up and I am still experiencing the same issue on Windows 10 64-bit, on a Dell XPS 15 9500 with a 4K screen.
Here is the link to the video where I compare text box resizing between Microsoft Word 365 and Acrobat DC Pro v22.002.20212
https://felixwong.photos/s/iLLYsgeRZeZRMYNOn any other word processor app, resizing a text box is intuitive and fast. While on DC Pro, the cursor switches between "Move" and "Rotate" more often than land on "Resize". Some times I need to zoom in to 150% or 200% just to be able to nail the "resize" tool.
When I am creating a large form entirely within DC Pro with multiple boxes, this becomes very time consuming.
Again, refer to the above-linked video where in MS Word, hovering my cursor on a resize dot almost immediately changes to resize, while on Acrobat DC Pro, it takes a while to get the resize tool.
All this little time wastage adds up on larger documents. -

Excuse me for the late reply, I didn't see your first answer..... Here is a Gif of a screen capture. It is a basic image inserted in Acrobat (a screen capture of this page actually). You'll see that the icon goes completely weird. I've just taken a text box, put a text in it, and tried to move the box. https://gph.is/2QoFZ9v

Hi, Thanks for reporting the issue.
As we are not able to reproduce the issue here. Please let us know some more bits of information:
Is it specific to some PDFs? If yes, Can you share one sample?
Can you provide the screenshots of inaccurate icons?Regards,
Ammar
