my Acrobat DC keeps shutting down giving me an error message when i try to send items for signature, please advise

Hi,

Please let us know the following information:

1. Acrobat version running on your machine
2. OS details
3. Is it happening with every pdf file or specific pdf files ?
4. Please share the crash logs (if any)
