New interface is unusable (June 2023)
The new interface makes Acrobat unusable for me. It is counter-intuitive, not intuitive. I can't find the tools I use. I don't even know if they exist anymore. I use it all day for commenting on documents and I can't find the tools such as text callout, circle, arrow, or line. This is only one of many problems. Thankfully you allowed me to revert to the old design. Without the old interface availability, I would need to abandon Adobe Acrobat as a viable product.
If Acrobat was a car the new interface would be equivalent to removing the steering wheel and dashboard and calling it a clean design. It would be clean, but only useful for looking out the windows without moving.

Keep sharing the feedback, we go through them and to say, in the past we have incorporated multiple feedbacks in our new UI, to quote some examples are: ability to relocate the position of quick tool bar,
Preference to remember current state of Tools pane in Reader, Pinning of Tools in right rail for customisation of page display and navigation tools, Customization of tools in All tools pane in left hand pane, Added “Menu” label to hamburger, Undo/Redo option in Top Bar , Upfront Dismiss/Skip option on first launch onboarding coach marks, Unique icons added for tools “Select Text”, “Select object”, "Crop Pages" & "Set Page Boxes" in Quick Toolbar and so on..Your feedback matters a lot and we genuinely try to fix specific issues reported!

Isn't it something -- everybody is screaming that the new interface is a POS. and The Company comes back and says, "Sorry you don't like it. You'll just have to get used to it."
I know there are a lot of Acrobat "knock offs" out there. Can anyone suggest one?
And this Feedback forum sucks too!

I completely agree. Also, the business of having files names only showing in small tabs makes working on multiple documents with similar names simultaneously nearly impossible. This is a HORRIBLE update. I have gone back to the old version

Yes, and for all the many more years it will take Adobe NOT to fix this, but instead go out of business, you can read the below linked thread for some entertainment. That thread is almost ten years old, and things have only gotten much worse since then, although at the time this was hardly imaginable.
...and the hundreds of entries here at Uservoice about "Fix the childish ridiculous unusable slow buggy abysmal user interface":

I agree. I use Adobe daily to work on contracts and other documents. The changes in the new version are problematic. When I want to sign or add text the new method of having the menu on the left makes the document itself unreadable as it's too small. The current means of accessing the Fill & Sign options are not only more intuitive, they don't consume a significant amount of screen real-estate.
