  1. When there are multiple PDFs open, it is difficult to tell which one is the active tab. I suggest a Preference option to use a different color for the active tab or have Acrobat do this by default; I doubt anyone would complain.

  2. When trying to customize the Quick Tools toolbar, the dialog box opened on a different monitor than the application. I didn't realize that and force quit the application because it looked like it froze. Only after reopening did I realize what was happening.
It would be nice if it consistently opened in the same monitor the application is open in. I tried this with the display maximized and not maximized and it didn't make a difference.

  3. Please fix this behaviour. The window should remain in the same position when saving the file.

  5. (Enterprise) Need an alert on or from the Adobe portal, when the number of users mismatches the quota number in each of the Adobe groups. the mismatch would indicate that a user was added or removed.

  7. I see you changed to red icons recently, WOW is all I can say. I have a lot of .pdf files saved on my desktop and it looks like fireworks going off.

I liked the black better. much easier on the eyes. Thanks for your consideration

  8. Copy and pasted MS Teams link from MS Outlook/MS Teams and the URL would display properly in MS Word. Print as PDF. However, when copying and pasting this URL from PDF and into browser or MS word, a hyphen is missing creating a dead URL. Part of URL is blacked out for privacy.

  9. Return the Acrobat interface to something professional, similar to InDesign, Photoshop, etc, instead of the childish and dysfunctional mess.

  10. Dear Sir,
Please note that Accessibility Settings for enabling Dark Mode don't always work. They do work but in some cases only. Please see the attached images to understand the issue. It's high time that Acrobat DC should officially support Dark Mode / Dark Theme for viewing a pdf in the same way as the feature is supported on Android version of the software. Dark Mode is partially implemented in the product like the Tools Bar and all but not implemented for viewing a pdf. Please address this issue ASAP. Thank you.

  11. I hope Adobe will re-think the requirement to sign in after an update is applied to Acrobat. From an enterprise change management perspective we are required to notify 4k+ users every time we need to update Acrobat, that's a whole lot of email just because they will have to sign in again. 99 days makes a whole lot more sense. Let whatever cookie is set persist across updates please!

  12. So, it would be nice to be able to save a PDF with markup. It would be super helpful if rather than a blank unresponsive box, hitting save simply let me save a file. I've seen other programs do this, hopefully this is something Adobe can look into!

  13. I would like to view documents designed with a cover and spreads as two up. There is a two up option currently, but I want it to ignore the cover.

Currently you can only do this by changing the document settings, saving, quitting and reopening it.

I don't want to edit the document to change the view, and I am unable to do so with restricted files.

  14. Currently when you have more than one thing opened and you want to get back to it and you don't have Adobe open it brings up all your tabs and then you have to click on the specific one. I want to have an option that allows you to just click on the program and for it to open right away on the last tab you were on rather than having that extra step of clicking on the specific PDF ever time

  15. Having to move it and manually close it every time Acrobat is activated is a productivity killer. Until it's fixed, I have to set another pdf reader as default. I think the prior version did not have this problem.

  16. Recent files list don't actually show the most recent file. I think files opened from email or API don't show in the ist ... MIA.

There have been many good ideas requested by other users but you mark them as "Resolved" instead of "Rejected". Just pointing to a style guide or help page that is incorrect is not solving anybodies problem.

We will keep creating new requests for these missing features and bugs until you listen and REALLY FIX them. Often they seem quiet trivial but are great time savers for some users. Please leave them as "Unresolved" unless you…

  17. Can you please help remove the Navigation Pane by default after creating pdf file on more than 2 pages documents? I had been using adobe to print/create my excel file, and each time print out 2 or more pages, and the Navigation Pane with the Bookmarks keeps pop up, which I have to close in order to read the main document, thank you.

  18. I would like to be able to put very specific tools on the home page, such as Bates numbering, Redact, or OCR. Not just the Edit Icon but very specifically an icon that will go straight into Bates. Four clicks are too many when you work in law firm and are using Bates constantly.

I see now the "Recommended" tools, and I expected those to "learn" which tools I used the most, but I haven't seen that yet.

  19. I use Acrobat extensively, and have a recurring problem that is driving me nuts.

Often, if I close a file or take some action that throws up a dialog box, the dialog box will be placed behind another active window and I can't get to it. As a result, I can't take action on the dialog box and the program is effectively locked.

Example: I have six PDF tabs open. I closed a file. It threw off a dialog box, which I can't see, but which presumably asked me if I want to save changes. But that box is behind…

  20. There is a "rotate clockwise"-option under right click but why not also a counterclockwise option? The right-click rotate is quick and easy to use when just viewing documents but there should also be an option to rotate counterclockwise also.
