In Acrobat, the Create button at the top right is defective.
In Acrobat, the Create button at the top right is defective. When I click to the right of th ebuttonn (to move a window), Acrobat thinks I'm clicking the create button. I am absolutey trying to avoid that stupid button. IMO, the button is not needed. But in any case, the area to the right of the button should not be a "hot zone" for the button.

The new "View Summary" bar
The new "View Summary" bar at the top of the pdf FLICKERS unless you click "Edit" to get rid of it. FLICKERS! It is so distracting. Make.it.stop.

mockups
Hey, so I’ve been trying to figure out how to create UI mockups, but it’s a bit overwhelming. What’s the best way to get started with creating UI mockups from scratch? Like, do I need to start with sketches, wireframes, or can I jump straight into something more polished? I’ve heard there are all these tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD, but I’m not sure where to begin or which one is best for beginners. Also, how detailed should a mockup really be? Should I focus on colors, fonts, and images right away, or is it more about the…

Adobe - Constant Functionality Issues
Adobe is becoming more and more of a problem. Adobe E-Sign freezes half of the time. It takes me about ten (10) minutes to now prep a document for E-Signatures. Editing documents has become nearly impossible. Can we talk about highlighting? Nope, not unless I want to highlight one-third (1/3) of the document. It is absolutely ridiculous. Why does the software continue to get worse instead of better?

new document opens above the top of the screen
When I open a new pdf document and it opens on my laptop or on my primary screen, the top of the window is above the top of the screen. I then must resize the document by pulling up the bottom in order to be able to access the top of the window to overall resize or move the window. I have tried to fix this with suggestions I found online, but none of the fixes work long term. Please fix this! It is very frustrating. No other software that I use has this issue.

Tab Switching
On Mac, go back to switching between DOCUMENT tabs (document windows) using the CMD+~ or SHIFT+CMD+~ please. Very handy for comparing documents, in most cases better than the compare documents feature.
There is already a similar posted suggestion (I've pasted it below) and Ayush's answer for part 2 does not work on a Mac (using CMD or CTRL). If it truly exists, please share.
Here is the other post:

"Ask AI Assistant" persistently blocks content on the bottom of the page.
Any time I am foolish enough to move my mouse near the bottom of an Adobe document, a little bar that says "ask AI assistant" comes up. Often, it takes some time to make it go away again.
If I wanted to find an AI assistant, I wouldn't be looking by putting my mouse near the bottom of the page. If you must have such a doodad, put it in the menu structure with everything else so that it isn't in my way.
Also, help information about how to get rid of "features" like this is difficult to use because…5 votes -
app.alert boxes need a face-lift
I have used Acrobat for Mac much more than I have used Acrobat for Windows. Every time I use interactive PDF forms in Acrobat for Windows it immediately strikes me how unattractive Acrobat's Windows app.alert boxes are compared to it's app.alert boxes in Mac. The box itself is "blah", bordering on ugly and the text for the alert message is too small and light. I would think that Adobe wants users to be attracted to it aesthetically in addition to being attracted to Acrobat's functionality and strongly encourage Adobe to make its app alert boxes in Arobat for Windows as…

Attachment panel visible
Please make it possible for the Attachments Panel to be displayed by default via the settings.
This way, it would be immediately visible whether the PDF contains attachments, such as XML files for e-invoices.

Hide 'Recommended tools for you' on home (above Recent)
Ability to hide 'Recommended tools for you' at the top of Acrobat home page above Recent. The purple-red-white gradient is visually ugly, and I would prefer a clean white page with just Recent files, which is useful. Professional users don't need 'Recommended tools for you', we can find them when we need to.

Acrobat freezes when I open a new document
Every time I open a new PDF Acrobat opens quickly and shows the first page of the pdf but then the whole app seems to freeze ... I can't move or minimize the window, I can't scroll through the document .. nothing. After about a minute the app will begin to work as expected with no further issues.
This is incredibly annoying.

BUG: Acrobat "Light Theme" sub menus text color
In the latest update pushed this week, 2024.005.20421, the Light Theme "Old" style Acrobat (Pro and Reader) version was updated to 2024.005.20421 recently. The "Light Gray" Display Theme File Menu bar highlights color changed and is hard to read the text since it doesn't change the text to White like the main window bar. When the mouse hovers over the File Menu options, the dark Blue color overpowers the text color which stays a dark gray. See attached. Before, it wasn't a blue highlight but a gray with black text.
No changes to the Windows 11 system settings for Color…1 vote -
Third Party Plugins to appear how they did in the OLD Ui with the Modern UI.
Since the Modern UI deployed, plugins have moved to Menu > Plugins > 3rd Party App. This is not very user friendly. We use IManage and we would like it back to how they are deployed with the old UI.

Move navigation panel back to left side
Moving the Navigation panel to the right side makes it extremely difficult to use. Since (in English at least) we naturally read form left to right, moving navigation to the right means that once I think I have found the section I need I have to shift my gaze all the way to the other side of the screen to start reading it and confirm. This is a small difference in isolation, but the extra eye fatigue adds up quickly. It is just very counterintuitive to try and put the organizational structure of the document on the right side. This…

slow
SO SLOW! It would be one thing if i was putting in a couple boxes. I have done everything recommended and the speed is worse than old dial up internet!
PDF reader Pro is so much faster but doesn't have the same customizing options.
This cant be the best Adobe could do? If so I want my money back3 votes -

increase the visibility of the reading interface!
I hate the newest version of the PDF Reader since it has been updated because the visibility of valid information on the screen is reduced. I often need to open PDF and excel comparison data at the same time, but the effective area of the PDF reading interface is reduced (the white space on both sides is increased, and the toolbar cannot be locked on the top!)
