  6. Every time I open Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, Adobe - annoyingly - wants me to sign in with my Adobe ID. I want to skip this pop-up permanently.

  8. Provide information re how Reader DC works if one doesn't have an adobe account. In that case if I scan a document into my computer using Reader does Reader put a copy of the document into the cloud even though I don't have an Adobe account?

  11. Today Acrobat automatically updated when I opened a PDF. Now, every time I try to open another PDF, it starts the automatic update process again. How can I stop this?

    It seems to me this is a bug.

  14. The whole business world uses ADOBE, but some friend sends me Email and I have to spend 30 minutes to register with ADOBE to read a LIST? SHEER IDIOCY !!!

  15. Hey,
    When I'm using Adobe Acrobat PRO DC on my super powerful windows surface 2, it always got stuck (not responding) for 10/20 seconds.

    Since I'm a pro client and surface has quite good features (illustrator is running easy), it's not nice to have this every time.

    I'm wondering if I'm the only one and if you can solve it.

  17. The measure tool causes the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC app to constantly crash, I have used the tool on two separate brand new laptops, yet the problem happens on both. Is there a problem with the tool?

  18. When i choose to open adobe DC i always get the notice that my trail has ended. i am a subscriber to dc and pay monthly and can't get the thing to recognize that. Also when i open the app multiple apps open without end

  19. Some PDF documents seem to contain meta data content that's causing Adobe Acrobat DC and Adobe Acrobat Reader to move/resize their program window when such document is opened.

    This behaviour is rather annoying and it may lead to accessibility issues.

    Please, either stop Acrobat/Reader from moving/resizing their program window when opening a document containing such meta data information, or provide an accessibility option in Preferences to optionally have Acrobat ignore that meta data information.

    Hi,
    The issue faced by you is due to the setting of the document set by the user. Please see the following setting in the document :
    1. Open Document→File → Properties → Initial View Tab → uncheck Center Window on screen

    Please make sure the setting is not checked in your document to avoid the issue.

  20. There are large icons throughout the Adobe Reference document that block the text underneath. Is there some way you can fix that?
