  2. This is a bug report. Typically Enhancing a scan triggers an error message (which is attached). This error message at the very beginning of the enhanced scan. The path shown in the error message does exist. I've reinstalled several times.

  3. After the Adobe DC update- installed without user authorization- every Windows 7 computer in the household froze. Nothing worked. I thought the cause was a recent Microsoft update until I checked a laptop on which the ONLY update was Adobe DC. Once again, Adobe has caused a headache. On forums I see that freezing and compatibility are known issues. I don't have TIME for this. Adobe needs to fix bugs BEFORE issuing updates.

  5. I want to compare signed documents. I don't want to change them - just compare to identify changes. Been beating my head against the wall and I cannot understand the logic that prevents using compare.

    Greetings! I am sorry to hear that you are facing issues with the compare feature.
    It would be great if you could help us with a few queries that will help us in investigating the bug:
    - What is the version of Acrobat Pro and the OS that you are using currently?
    - Could you please share the workflow that you’re using while using the Compare tool?
    - Could you please share some sample files with us so that we could reproduce the issue at our end?

  8. I have a simple .u3d file of a cube generated via the following workflow: Export cube from 3ds Max as .3DS file -> import into Photoshop -> export 3D layer from photoshop as .U3D.

    If I attempt to add it to a PDF via [Insert 3D -> Select File + Open -> Ok] in a colleague's copy of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Version 2019.012.20035 (Windows) it crashes almost immediately.

    However, if I follow the same process in my copy of Adobe Acrobat X Version 10.1.16 (mac) it works fine.

    Expected result: 3D file is added to PDF.

  16. Like the DNG converter fro adobe, i need an converter who maked NEF, Dng or other files into Jpeg files. Out system cant make meta tags on other raw or DNG files, unless it need to go true Ps or LR, who will take to long.
    I work for our cityhall as a photograph, and we talk about many files, who need converting.
    So if we had a software who could convert one folder at the time (Into Jpeg insted og DNG) it would help alot.

    Incredibly slow and laggy, UI is almost unusable. Using 50% - 100% of a single core just to scroll. Ironically I am trying to read the Adobe PDF Reference, Third Edition.

    Really Adobe? I can't even read a 9MB file ABOUT the PDF specification in YOUR OWN software without it slowing to a crawl?

  19. This issue is not specific to Acrobat, but there is no option to request a feature for the Creative Cloud admin console.

    My scenario is that I've build a package with a device license. If the setup.exe that comes along with it is called directly, the install works, but the process stays open until the setup dialog is closed, which makes deploying it to large numbers of devices (like a computer lab) somewhat problematic.

    Calling setup.exe --silent fails to install the entire package, I only get three or four apps. Support recommends installing with the built-in MSI installers, but this…
