New Acrobat Reader Slow Sluggish
The latest 64bit version of Acrobat Reader is very slow on a larger file (13MB, 2800 pages of primarily text).
Specifically version 2023.001.20064 64 bit.
Loading takes at least a minute. Opening the comments panel requires 30sec.Moving by clicking a Bookmark is fast after everything loads. I have plenty of memory, 64GB vs 8GB used.
Testing finds the slowdown occurs after comments have been added. And I mean only 2 comments. Even after the slow load, it requires 18sec to jump between the pages with the comments. In contrast, FoxIt Reader, is functionally instantaneous.

In the Netherlands number has a different format - +31 97 101 xx xx xx, and not the standard mobile format (+31 6). Could you please add this format as valid?The reason: we use virtual numbers for our IT department, so if anyone quits, we don't need to change their personal number across all systems.

day rate/Pay as you go plan
Pricing for very casual user. I want to support good company like Adobe. For example I only need to use one thing today. I may need this kind of function 10 times a year. I think I can always do the free trial, but it would be nice if I can pay to support it.
Maybe Adobe can do $1 a day or you have pre-paid $10 and $1 a day and credit is only good for a year.

Adobe Acrobat Reader disappears when new floating menu is opened
When the new floating tools menu (populated only with text selection and panning for me) is clicked, the reader disappears after about a second. When chosen again either by cmd+tab or clicked on the dock the reader reappears.
Specs are:

App update is confusing
The latest app update has been very confusing. Previously, Adobe reader had a red logo and Acrobat pro had a white logo. An update occurred and Pro now has a red logo and the name of the app on my desktop is just 'Adobe Acrobat'. I thought that my Adobe pro had been uninstalled and landed up wasting time with customer services to help me re-install it. Then when I opened a PDF I saw Acrobat Pro written at the top. Why am I getting charged twice for the month I paid for to change my subscription to a lower tier? I seen it say there was a refund but the price I paid does not match the difference to the subscription I want. How does $29.99 become $22.99 in refunds. I don't see a option for people who are students and I do not need the extra special features to go with my subscription. That is why I am changing it, to save money. Why is this looking like a scam?

Some Update Suggestions
Please allow us to move the tools around and add all tools to our favourites. I can't stand having to search for the "add stamp" or other tools I use daily every single time I need it. As well, there are too many steps to get to the stamp. The old way was simpler and much faster & user friendly.
The create & manage stamp portion does not work so anyone who needs to add a stamp to the document cannot do so and our company uses this daily.
