  2. To reproduce, download the attached pdf file, formatted from the LaTeX code below (compiled with luaLaTeX):
    ```
    \DocumentMetadata{
    lang = en,
    pdfstandard = ua-2,
    pdfstandard = a-4f, %or a-4
    tagging=on,
    tagging-setup={math/setup=mathml-SE}
    }
    \documentclass{article}
    \begin{document}
    This produces an error with screen readers:
    $x < 2$
    \end{document}
    Open it in Adobe Acrobat (I'm using Acrobat standard 2025.001.20844, Windows 64-bit), then attempt to read with a mathML-capable screen reader (I'm using NVDA 2025.3.2+mathCAT 0.7.5).
    It gives an illegal mathML error. Looking in the NVDA log:
  5. Read aloud is malfunctioning. It will start okay, but then begin spelling words and not pausing between words. It seems that it can't change locations of reading the text with repositioning the cursor in the document. Is there a fix or update available for this?
  6. Please stop updating Adobe and making it less functional everytime. I just need a clean surface with a toolbar of my favorite tools at the top (e.g. marking things, the arrow, page navigation, text recognition). Stop the AI tools. Improve your text recognition. Almost everytime I get a new update, I end up being annoyed and disrupted in my workflow. This could be such an easy and clean tool. I would love to go back at least 2 versions, but that is not possible
  7. Since Acrobat 2024, on macOS (I'm currently using Tahoe), it no longer recognizes Spanish voices. I have Acrobat set to Spanish and a Spanish reading voice installed on my system. Before Acrobat Pro 2024 or 2025, this was ok for reading in Spanish, but now it says there's no voice on the system, which isn't true; it simply doesn't recognize it and reads in English. Shame on you, Adobe; this affects accessibility for people. Please fix this.
  9. It would be helpful to have a built-in Color Contrast Analyzer so users don't have to download a separate program to check the ratio of colors. Right now, it is listed as a manual check in the accessibility checker. It would also be helpful if it differentiated between small and large text ratios needed as defined by WCAG 2.1 AA (4.5:1 for small/paragraph text and 3.0:1 for large/heading text).
  11. Here are some of the best ways to improve productivity while working remotely.
    Set a Dedicated Workspace
    You need to set up a proper workspace,sofa bed complete with an office desk and an office chair. Keep aside a certain space in your home for work-related activities. Ideally, this space should be effectively quiet, free from distractions, and add to improved productivity. Make sure to set up a comfortable office desk and office chair to support good posture and reduce discomfort during long hours of office work. Additionally, creating a routine can help with your remote work culture. Building a…
  12. Yes, Hawaiian Airlines does allow flight changes for most ticket types. Depending on the fare rules of your booking, there might be a change fee or fare difference. For immediate help, call 1-800-473-6632 and a representative will guide you through your flight modification options. If you purchased a more flexible fare, changes may be free. It's best to act early if your plans have changed, as same-day modifications may not be available or could cost more. You can also make changes online by logging in with your reservation number.
  13. The Internet is full of similar sites, and it is rare to find something that you really like. With plinko it was the opposite - I saw a recommendation and decided to try it without much enthusiasm. But it turned out that everything was done wisely: it works stably, the interface is pleasant, nothing distracts. The next day I went again. Now it is one of my favorite ways to relax in the evening.
  14. Fix Read Aloud to operate at a basic level of functionality. It's incredibly balky--pauses for no reason randomly throughout the text. No choice of voices; the default voice is mediocre. Speed is capped at 2x, which is too low. Take a look at Microsoft Word's Read Aloud function for inspiration.
  15. Why, why can't I do this. It takes me absolutely forever to do PDF accessibility and testing. I can only use one input device at a time, and this makes testing extremely cumbersome.
  17. Understanding the Basics of Baby Clothes for Daily Comfort
    Choosing <a href="https://www.muffinandco.de/en/products/nipperland-5tlg-neugeborenen-set-aus-reiner-bio-baumwolle-7056">baby clothes</a> is one of the first joyful responsibilities new parents experience. These tiny garments do more than cover a baby’s body—they keep them safe, warm, and cozy during every stage of early development. The right selection of clothes ensures comfort, reduces the risk of skin irritation, and allows for easier movement as the baby grows. While the designs may vary, the main goal remains the same: to provide soft, breathable fabrics that suit a baby’s sensitive skin. Whether it’s a simple onesie or a more decorative outfit, each…
  18. There are MANY documents that Reader fails to impose Dark Mode settings; my most recent example is: (2022) Praxeology volume 1: Frame, on self-actualization for the modern man by Rian Stone. Closely related is how to handle pictures, charts, ... in Dark Mode. The solution will require forethought - sometimes (e.g., graphs), inverting the color palette will work just fine, but pictures would turn into photo negatives, so they shouldn't invert. I doubt one-size fits all dark mode can cover both use cases. You can easily recognize pictures given their wide color palette and smooth transitions vs charts & graphs…
