    1. The cc field does not automatically recognize previously entered email addresses anymore. If I type in "Cecile" for example, it should propose me all e-mails which contain "cecile". It does not do this anymore for this field, however it's the case for other boxes. Inserting e-mail in the 'cc' field has become a quite tedious procedure.

    2. The copy-paste from Outlook does not work because the alias e-mail is not translated into a proper e-mail. E.g.: "Nicole Figueroa nicolefigueroa@dmgevents.com". During the paste operation the mail is splitted in "Nicole" + "Figueroa" + "nicolefigueroa@dmgevents.com". Is it possible to keep…

  1. Myself and my (8) coworkers are unable to upload a signed document for signing. Adobe sign shows the upload bar, then the page goes blank and stalls in the "Add" phase of the signing process.

    I rebooted and attempted an installation repair, no improvement

  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
    If a form has to be signed in different steps, I cannot sign e.g. as the second and 6th person in the signature round.
    I cannot sign the form for approving the translator and then after four other people have signed sign for the correct process has been followed and the correct people have signed. I do not get a new sign for my second signature, and the document does not appear in the list of documents waiting for me.

  4. When assigning the roles signer / approver there is an history option where AdobeSign showes previous used mailadresses. With the CC field in the new experience this option is no longer available. To my opinion this is a bug but support team is saying a new feature request is neccesary. Please make sure the functionality is available befre march 2025 as from that date you planned to only use the new experience.

  5. I am often routing contracts prepared by another employee for signatures. When I use 'Request E-signatures', Adobe automatically detects form fields, including fields that have already been completed and should not be edited by any of the signers.

    Currently, I have to right-click on each form field and manually change 'Assigned To' from the dropdown list to myself/(prefill). Why is there not an option to set a default for the 'Assigned To' field or allow users to change multiple form fields simultaneously?

  9. Supporting documents are attached separately in salesforce record. We need a feature where the supporting documents are merged in Signed PDF copy. Please refer to case- E-001326704.

    Having all the documents consolidated in one location will allow for efficient access and streamline the review process

  11. I have some fields which are numbers like Fed Tax ID. And the PDF which im adding underneath has single digit boxes. Which i can accomplish in 2 ways:
    1. Add 9 boxes correctly spaced so they populate the necessary single digit boxes.
    2. Add 1 text box which overlaps the corresponding boxes and looks ugly.

    Ideally, i should be able to add spacing in between each number so it correctly matches the boxes in the pdf underneath

  12. Im experiencing an intermittent issue with uploading larger documents in Adobe Sign, leading to error messages. The system should handle larger files or provide clear size guidelines. Resolving this would improve user reliability and efficiency.

  14. The new experience view is causing an issue and will not load documents that need signatures on them. The only thing that happens is that it spins as though it's trying to load those pages. When I switch to the classic experience, either online or in the app, everything works just fine.

  15. Once I have added signatures and I am assigning fields, I need to be able to go back and add another email for signatures, including adding myself, without restarting the whole process of entering emails, adding documents, and assigning fields.

  16. I wish we were somehow clearly informed on new features.

    I wasn't sure why the recipients were not signing on the order I set. Only after quite a few contracts sent out and lots of trouble, I saw a new checkbox o top of the page. Also the new features are not very intuitive, Lot of improvement required.

  17. Many users have reported this issue that when they are using new experience while sending a new document to any of the signers. So when they select a field and they choose the prefilled text option to fill in the prefilled text for that text box. While typing the content in the prefill text, it takes time to reflect that prefilled text onto the main screen field.   19. After the new layout in Adobe Sign, the date format required has become too strict, only accepting dates in the format "14-Jun-2024." This can confuse new (and existing) users since there's no guidance on the expected format—just an error message indicating the format is wrong without further details. I'm experiencing this issue on Adobe Sign through a web browser.

    I use Adobe Sign with clients, so it is a recurring issue that I need to explain often.
