  2. I am a huge fan of GigaSign and I have expressed this to Chris Wade wade@adobe.com. Now I am encouraging myself to use Send In Bulk. My huge disappointment is, Send In Bulk does NOT have a Recipient Group feature like GigaSign. So I guess I have no choice but to continue with GigaSign. The only downside of GigaSign is that it is a JAR file, so I have to use a Windows machine​ or our VMWare as I am a Mac user.   3. Whenever I try to add my signature to a document, I keep getting a pop up notice that would block the area where I need to place the signature. When I click "OK" and return to click on the tool, it will pop up again.
    I contacted support, and they noted it is hard coded into the app to do this. Please remove or provide an option to have this notice removed. Thank you!

  4. When I prepare an AdobeSign, all signatures are in their "right" place. When the document ends up with the signees, the signature boxes for some of the signees are in the wrong place and they would sign for others instead. This now happened to me twice and makes the product unusable as I can't predict this in advance.

  8. Hello,

    I understand this to be a feature update. When uploading the document to the Adobe Sign web version, the prefilled fields are highlighted and do not show information.

    What you have to do is click on the field in question, on the left side of the screen, and you will see an option for text to edit the field. That is the only way you can see what is typed in the field. Which is time-consuming on the web version.

  9. We use the Adobe Sign plug-in in Dynamics 365 Sales.
    Unfortunately, some of our international colleagues are currently unable to select their native language because the Adobe Sign plug-in does not support all languages.
    When my colleague from the Netherlands wants to open a specific agreement, the plug-in opens a blank agreement.

    I would appreciate an expansion of the language palette:
    Spanish, Dutch, Italian and Polish would be desirable.

  10. Im Unterschriftenfeld steht beim Zeitstempel immer hinter der Uhrzeitangabe „GMT+2“. Das ist etwas verwirrend, da die tatsächliche Unterzeichnungs-Uhrzeit erscheint und man versteht hier, dass es die tatsächliche Uhrzeit + GMT+2 ist.

    Ist es möglich, auf diese Angabe „GMT+2“ zu verzichten, so dass hier nur das Datum und die Uhrzeit stehen?

  11. Bei Verwendung einer bildbasierten Signatur sind die blaue Linie und der eingegebene Name/Datumstempel, die normalerweise bei einer angewendeten Signatur angezeigt werden, nicht enthalten.

    Da dies bei mehreren Unterzeichnern dann nicht einheitlich ist, ist das für unser Unternehmen nicht ideal. Können Sie hier nicht eine generelle Anpassung im System vornehmen, dass auch bei einer bildbasierten Signatur der Zeitstempel erscheint?

Recently, since the final change to the AdobeSign user interface, we've repeatedly encountered the problem that documents that were submitted for signature supposedly cannot be delivered, even though the email address is correct (tested and verified several times with several different people). We then receive the error message "Adobe Acrobat Sign Document - Undeliverable." We've also tried it on various user accounts. We use Windows 11.
    The problem doesn't occur everywhere, however. However, since we rely on document delivery, it's absolutely essential that we can rely on it.

  14. Add ability to" Password Protect" in the new interface on the web while sending a document for esignature. Or allow us to go back to the old experience, same as we can in Desktop. It's 7/17/25 today, and I last used this feature 5/20/25. Extremely frustrated that a feature I used for years can just disappear overnight.

  16. When creating local qualified signatures in Adobe Acrobat, the PAdES B-LT signature level is currently not achieved automatically. In our case, the certificate is stored on a USB token. Additionally, we use a qualified timestamp, and the signature format is set to "CAdES". A qualified signature created in Acrobat only achieves the signature level PAdES B-T by default.

    To reach the PAdES B-LT signature level, users must manually add additional validation information to the signature and save the document again. This manual workaround is too cumbersome and impractical for everyday use. Therefore, it would be highly desirable for Adobe Acrobat…

  20. For the quickest live‑agent pickup, follow these guidelines: call on Wednesday or Thursday, when both call volume and wait times are lowest

    . Avoid Mondays (the busiest) and Tuesdays (longest hold times)
    . Try early morning after 6 AM CT, or late evening just before 11 PM CT. Once through the initial auto‑menu, dial 1 → 1 → 0 to bypass unnecessary options
