  1. Adobe deletes my signature very often which is a very bad thing considering, with my company I have to verify my signature for it be accepted. It is getting out of hand with this. Either make a archive where it saves your past signatures of fix this issue or I will have to find a new format to use along with my company.

Happens on desktop. Deletes it on all platforms, needs fixed.

  2. After I've prepared the document and want to send it to recipients to sign, I'm told: "We were not able to successfully establish any connection to the server. Kindly save your agreement as a draft and try again later. I'm on windows 11.

  4. Currently, when using a stylus to sign a PDF, there is no pen pressure sensitivity, so the signature is all a uniform thickness and doesn't look natural.

Please add pen pressure sensitivity to all areas of Acrobat where pen input is supported.

  5. The Prefill role is currently always visible during document preparation. We would like the option to hide or disable this role. This may cause issues because users may accidentally select the service account and apply a field template to it, which can disrupt the intended workflow.

  6. No matter how many times I attempt to save an image to the e-sign, Acrobat will not retain the signature. Every time that I open Acrobat, I need to go through the same process of adding an image to use as signature.

  7. The AgreementTemplateServiceBatch class currently does not have a mechanism for error notification if the Apex Job (created by the class) fails. It would be helpful to have some mechanism to capture errors generated by the process so they can be handled. Currently, the batch class only returns the Apex Job ID, and it is returned whether an error occurs or not. Without looking in the Apex Job logs, a user will never know if the process failed.

  10. The desktop version of E-sign does not allow for the issuer to pre-fill fields in saved templates. I have to open the online version of acrobat to use the profile function. Please add functionality to the desktop version.

  11. The body of a, E-sign template is not editable, only the fields which have been assigned prior. Changes to the text in the body of a document requires starting over from scratch with the original PDF each time a change needs to be made to the body of the template. This ends up being way more work than is necessary. Please update so we can make changes to our templates.

  12. When an agreement is created in the AUTHORING state, updating form fields via the API endpoint PUT /agreements/{agreementId}/formFields should not automatically transition the agreement to IN_PROCESS.

Currently, calling this endpoint causes the agreement to be sent immediately. This makes it impossible for integrations to programmatically place required signature fields and still allow users to review the agreement as a draft before sending.

This behavior differs from the Adobe Sign web UI, where users can place form fields, save the agreement, and continue reviewing or editing without triggering a send. The UI appears to perform a form-field update operation while preserving…

  14. Feature Request: Recipient Group Functionality for Adobe Sign Salesforce Integration

    Request Overview:
We are requesting the implementation of a new feature that allows the use of Recipient Group Functionality within the Adobe Sign for Salesforce integration. This feature would provide the ability to add a recipient group, which includes multiple users, to an agreement sent via Salesforce. This way, any member of the group can take action (approve or sign), and once a single user within the group has completed their action, the agreement can automatically proceed to the next step in the workflow.

    Problem Statement:
    Currently, when sending agreements…

  15. Please give us the ability to set a default date format (i.e., DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY, depending) rather than having to change every single date field individually.

  16. Printable proof of receipt that includes all recipients of a document sent via Adobe Sign, regardless of their status as signers or Cc'd.

My current solution is to open the Audit Report, place it next to the list of Cc'd email addresses, and take a screenshot of the two. I then paste it into a Word document and convert it to a PDF for documentation and to submit to the client for their records.

This is a GREAT waste of time!

  17. I create signed documents in adobe sign, with no password protections. Give me a choice on whether or not my document is protected for integrity... Do not force protection of final document.

I have to combine 100+ documents into 1 file for a yearly report, but now the new files are "protected", and I cannot combine them...

  18. when someone adobe signs a pdf and sends it to you for counter signature, my idea is to make it actually signable. Then i won't have to go through adobe help, google, my wife, and gemini every time, thinking that i'm doing something wrong, until gemini provides the truth: "no, adobe sign doesn't work for anyone. the workaround is to print to pdf, save as a different file name, reopen and sign in adobe." whenever i receive an adobe signed contract for counter signature it's approximately a 20 minute task to countersign. i should charge adobe for my time.

  19. Hello,

I would like Acrobat Sign users to have the ability to integrate variables that cannot be modified by the signer.

The goal is to be able to modify a value that appears in multiple places within a text, such as a price or a delivery time, all at once.

The read-only fields {{!price}} already allow for the repetition of a value in several places within a text, which is part of the solution, but it would also be necessary to be able to assign a value to them for the solution to be perfect.

    Thank you for your attention…

  20. Please add a feature that would allow for the "Agreement Name" and recipient "Role" to be changed in the "Prepare" stage.

Sometimes some documents require 15-20 recipients and when I notice a mistake in "Agreement Name" or recipients in the prepare stage I have to start completely over.

It would be very helpful and lead to more efficient if we were allow to change the Agreement name, recipients, and recipients roles to be changed without having to start over.

    Thank you.
