Close a pdf doc take a long time
PDF is freezing for 5-10 seconds or more closing doc!!
Very annoying thing!!

Awfully slow program on a very fast computer. Keeps stalling when I open it. Then it wants to restore my document and it stalls again so I close it. Gotta wait for all the unwanted bloat to load before I start editing my document.

e-Signature too slow
I would like to provide feedback and request that the speed in processing e-signature be improved.
I find the time it takes to process an e-signature from entering in the recipient email to dropping in the signature block for sending is quite slow.
We use Acrobat DC e-signing a lot and this would improve the time it takes to process these.

The "Create Links from URLs" feature creates invalid links over existing links when text wraps
When the "Create Links from URLs" feature is turned on, Adobe is creating invalid links over existing links when the text of the link wraps.
Please refer to the attached image example.
In this example you can clearly see the following link:

Controls for Managing Auto Update
At this time, you can only enable or disable auto update. It would be extremely helpful to have additional capabilities for managing auto update. We would like certain users to receive the latest version update first so that they have time to test before it becomes available to our general user population. For example, if it was possible to have some users receive the update immediately at the time of release and then all other general users see the update 7 days after the release. recent files list
Running Acrobat Standard 2024.002.20933 on macOS Sonoma 14.5. My document scanner automatically invokes Acrobat to view/edit a scanned file. When I use Acrobat to store the file in a new location while also changing its name, the Recent Files list only shows the original file name, not the new one. Both the old and new file names should be included on the list.

Safari Login Failure
I cannot access my account on Safari to make changes. The link page "https://account.adobe.com/?trackingid=XXXX" is broken and just shows up as blank. This is beyond annoying.

Outlook hang
Outlook 365 has been hanging for months when started and when trying to print emails. Outlook support suggested starting in Safe mode and removing Addins.
The only AddIn was Adobe PDFMaker Office Com Addin.
When I removed it Outlook did not hang anymore.

Crash on close
Acrobat Pro 2023.008.20533 crashes consistently on close if the General preference "Show Home screen when all documents are closed" is unchecked. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Acrobat, but the problem returns every time I uncheck the Home Screen option.

Merging PDF files
For our bookkeeping, I have to merge several (between 60 and 120) PDF files every month. After consulting with Adobe support, we found out that this generates errors in the individual PDF files in the current version (2024.002.20857) because the total file is too large. It would be great if the bug could be fixed in the next version.

remove restrictions on number of files and file / page numbers to Merge PDF files
Currently can only add 350/370 ish separate files various file size and pages to Merge if add more get error messages - I often have to merge 3000+ files recently 6777 separate multipage pdf's (final page count was 18k pages ) I had to use a freeware program to merge them took 30 mins - why are we paying for a top quality product that restricts number of documents pages and file size
