Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Adobe Sign is not working! Online wizard is not able to make a simple PDF to a singable PDF and send it out. Looks good, works not.

  2. There is a file ready fo me to sign in the documentcloud. It is in the Home tab. When I select it and click "Fill & Sign" I am asked to upload a file. I don't want to upload a document, because it is already there and I selected it to be able to sign it but the system appears to have forgotten all that.
    This is a bug, right ? It makes no sense to me otherwise.

  4. I don't know why these changes are being made but I can no longer delete files, I can't move completed files to a folder, I can't find the files I sent for signature anymore, I can't save the signed pdfs to my computer. This program was difficult to navigate at first but now it's worse than ever.

  5. Every time you make a change to Adobe Sign it becomes less and less user friendly.
    It is now practically unusable and we will be looking to move to a different provider at the end of our contract unless it is rectified to be user friendly. We have been with you for years, but this is just impossible to work with.
    Just go back to the original format, it was easy, convenient, quick and simple to use. All you have done is make it worse with every update.
    Or give people the option to use the classic mode, as default.…

  6. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, Could not be worse, literally. half an hour to sign in, now it looks like it sent to 1/3 emails, and I have no idea how to actually sign it. I'm so angry and disappointed!

  7. Add the ROTATE PAGE function to this page. I have had to re-do the same form about 10x now because this function is not present.

  8. None of the agreement lists are scrollable at the moment - no way to review list of who items have been sent to.

    Issue exists on latest versions of Chrome and Edge.

  9. Non riesco a compilare e firmare il contratto, mi si apre una pagina bianca con una rotella che gira all'infinito e la scritta "caricamento adobe sign in corso". Peccato però che dopo ore non abbia ancora caricato nulla.

  12. It would be nice if a signed document could be added to. Fo example, I have a learning plan that gets graded and commented at midterm, then again at finals. So the midterm info could be locked with the first signature, then the final info could be added at a later date and then locked with the final signature

  13. Trying to find Adobe Sign on the web so I can check on the status of a document is painful. Your interface is not intuitive. I get odd things about what country are you in even though I am signed in?? When I go to sign user Adobe Acrobat I get what - well not adobe sign? its a 3/10 for this service - annoying.

  15. I can never get adobe sign to work... I am considering cancelling this auto renew b/c it works about 10% of the time for me.

    What is going on - is there an issue with my account that is preventing it from loading on the site? Since it is all over the web, and I have tried across multiple browsers (chrome, edge, firefox), I assume that the issue is on your side and potentially related to my account.

  17. The AdobeSign interface is terrible. I want to be able to star templates that I use often, because my colleagues some how keep creating templates by mistake every time they set up an agreement. It seems like there is something awry or poorly designed that makes it so easy to create a template even without trying to.

    It's also confusing that when you open a template and add signers, the next page shows you the (blank) document with the button to proceed labeled "Send." Most of our contracts have fields that need to be prefilled, so I think a label…

  18. Please update your tutorial for web forms. The new sign interface is not user friendly. The old version was easy to get code or a url for a website. Can't find it anywhere now and your tutorial shows the old interface

  20. Your software is absolutely NOT user friendly. It is so confusing to navigate, and there are no instructions. I have wasted so much time trying to navigate this, I am beyond frustrated.
