For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Loading signature from image don't recognize the hole signature only parts of it. Can't configure where in the image the signature it is located. It is automated and it doesn't work on my signature. Simply Horrible.

  2. More than half of the PDF files I try to load return an error reading, unsupported format. Yet they open in Adobe Touch and Reader on desktop. Please look into why so many files are Adobe PDF files but are inaccessible here. Example file attached

  7. Adobe Sign, creating templates:
    When expanding a category of fields used (see attached picture), leave all groups expanded. I am frustrated having to switch between groups... I want them ALL open so I can just pull out the field I need. It's a pain as it is. Simply put, allow me to see ALL field options in one window.

    Secondly, ADD a feature to update the template document while retaining the original fields. Every time I update an internal document, some 5-10 pages long, I must create an all new template. What a time waster.

    Thank you for your suggestions. We will look into these.

    For your second request, it’s already available. You can make a copy of an existing template with these steps:

    1. Use the existing template to Request Signatures
    2. Enter recipients (you want to send the updated template to)
    3. Click Next
    4. Turn on Advanced editing (see screenshot)
    5. Check the Save as template checkbox at the bottom
    6. Update the document
    7. Click Send
    8. You will be able to provide a name for the new template

  8. When preparing to send forms for completion and signatures, it would be extremely helpful and a time-savor to have the option of bulk tagging form fields. For example "selected fields are designated for recipient 1" or "all fields on this form are designated for recipient 1"

  11. Why is it that in the last few days I am getting a notice when I try to fill and sign a PDF, that I upload, say the file is not supported. These Are same type's of PDF's that I have using and filling and signing for years.

  13. I have been trying to edit a file that I downloaded which is NOT password protected but am having difficulty editing it. This is frustrating as I spent time downloading the added features of ADobe, started my 7-day free trial but unable to use any of the features! very frustrated!

  15. YOu really need to have a more visible indicator of the current status of documents. For example, I canceled a number of signature requests because I needed to make changes and without looking at each document, I cannot tell.

  17. My Adobe Sign templates consistently disappear. This is like the umteenth time now. I feel like every 60 days or so they're just gone.
    Any remedies? Im sure it will be difficult to replicate as I've been told in the past but its the one feature I lean on.

  19. I have been trying to attach the audit report to documents returned by Fill and Sign. The instructions provided in help function are unclear. I tried the chat function to get clarification on some of the instructions, the response is infuriatingly slow and the responder/robot does not appear to be able to follow the conversation, and answer questions about information that it sent me in links.

  20. I can't contact you. I can't delete completed "For Signature" files that I was told need to be deleted by my workplace. I can't send documents via Adobe and the cloud at my work. Can you please help me delete the documents so I can have a job?
