For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. In E-sign, when I add myself as a recipient, the "Prefill" recipient (which is also me) goes away and there doesn't seem to be an option to add it back. I have to leave the agreement I'm trying to send via e-sign and open it again to get the "Prefill" recipient back. But it disappears again if I add myself as a separate recipient.

  2. Adobe acrobat is not able to open any documents for me to sign, in both the desktop and browser version. It uploads half way and then gets stuck and never moves. Very frustrating.

  3. So I filled in a PDF but got something wrong, and now I have to pay to fix what i filled in or do it all again? Nice way of convincing people to join another subscription.

  6. I would love to have phone number and all address fields to be able to have it populated that same way it does for signature or name where it tells you what it is but also allow for checking stadarization ex: zip code is 5 numbers..

  7. I need to cancel this signature request. I don't see how to do so. It's extremely difficult to to use the Adobe sign product. I'm very frustrated. This is impacting my business. I am actively researching alternatives to Adobe.

  8. adobe acrobat üzerinden açtığım metinlerde altını çizdiğim alanlar kayboluyor, bunun için her yolu denedim ctrl+s yapıp çizili bölgeleri kaydettim, metinde altı çizili alanlar yine kayboldu metni hesabıma yükleyip açtım yine kayboldu.

    The areas I underlined in the texts I opened via Adobe Acrobat disappear. I tried every way to do this. I did ctrl + s and saved the underlined areas. The underlined areas in the text disappeared again. I uploaded the text to my account and opened it. It disappeared again.

  9. The "Signature Field Missing" pop up doesn't allow me to override and move forward. There is a bug there. I have a signature field just not where the Adobe AI feels like I should have one and I need to override it - I do not want a random signature placed on the last page

    We are sorry you are experiencing trouble with this feature. Usually when that pop up shows up is because a signer doesn't have a signature field, could you verify this? In case you don't want a signature from a recipient, you can change the role to approver. Please check the attached video and let us know if this resolved your issues.

  12. Collect Feedback from the Various kind people try to get different perspectives.
    Analyze if the changes had any positive impact.Find out how you can improve the point even more . give discounts to buyers for selling more number of books affordable rate of books also matters. Approach this kind of books in educational institutions for the reachability. Selling of this book in online websites also beneficial.

  13. Autocomplete für das verdammte Datum funktioniert nicht richtig. Es ist schon das zweite Mal das ich aus Versehen Partnern Dokumente mit dem falschen Datum geschickt habe. Warum die Funktion haben, wenn es nicht das heutige Datum als default hat?!

  14. Button hidden when trying to sign document.

    The language overlay at the bottom of the document is blocking the button that needs to be pressed in order to submit a signed document.

  15. The new format/visual that comes up when clicking "USE TEMPLATE" is cluttered and messy. The old format was much cleaner when dropping in text fields on a form template before sending out for signature. It was a much better format when the customer email info and email message was shown in the second screen/page before sending. With those two separate pages now being combined in the left side menu bar, it clutters the process and makes it more time consuming -- runs much slower than ever.

    Hello Inma Soriano,

    To download any amount of signed agreements please follow the next steps:

    1. Click the "Documents" tab at the top left of the home page
    2. Scroll down on the left hand panel until you see "Agreements" and under it click the "Completed" option
    3. There, all the finished agreements will be displayed, and you will find the "Download PDF" and "Download Audit Report" options on the right hand panel when you select any agreement.

  20. Hello! The ability to rename batch submissions has disappeared. Now they are all under the same name "Binder". It is impossible to distinguish documents when there are many of them.
